Don’t go here you will wait an absurd amount of time for your order the staff doesn’t care when you call them oh and you’re gonna have to put your chicken in the air fryer when you get home. They don’t serve crispy chicken they serve soggy greasy chicken and no kindness or respect when you ask about it, like you have extra money to flush down the toilet with a house full of hungry people. I bet the owner doesn’t know how bad it is but hey that person still gets the money.

Absolutely disgusted by my experience at this KFC. I was overcharged $3 for "Go Large" without my consent, given carelessly packed food, and treated rudely by staff. When I questioned the charge, the so-called manager sarcastically dismissed me. I returned for a refund, and she silently threw my food in the trash, processed a "refund," and walked away. Today, I checked my bank account—not only was I NOT refunded, but I was CHARGED TWICE.
This is fraud, and I will be escalating this. Avoid this location at all costs.

Ordered online and walked in at my "order ready" time of 7:30pm. One other customer also walked in just before me. We both waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged. Three employees were arguing with each other the whole time. Eventually the guest in front of me as acknowledged with a "what do you want" and given his order, though I guess it was wrong because he returned 5 minutes later to get it fixed. Only after he left for the second time did anyone ask what I was waiting on. Turns out my order was sitting behind the counter the whole time, getting nice and cold. One employee handed the bag to me with a huff. When I left, there were 3 other customers waiting to be seen; hopefully they got their food before they closed at 11pm. You'll get faster service if you drive 10 minutes to a different KFC location, but I'll just stick to Popeye's from now on.

The staff is rude and unprofessional. It’s not what you do, it’s how you do it! It’s not what you say , it’s how you say it!…. And they have attitude issues…. Don’t bring that to place of employment when dealing with people!

worst KFC restaurant in Orlando area, staff treats customers badly, they close early almost always and never even look at people!!!! TERRIBLE and many KFCs are like that!

Terrible Experience…
No patience with immigrants.. french fries soaked in oil. Really wasted $20 and time waiting for 25 minutes (Drive Thruuu) 🫠🫠
Impossible to eat inside, outside it is 55 Fahrenheit and inside it is 40 😳😳
I requested 3 small plates for my 12 piece bucket meal and they refused to provide them to me. We called the next closest KFC and they were happy to give me some plates for my meal. Management there are very rude and don't care about their paying customers I have never had such bad customer service. The worst customers service by far.

Worst customer service period, the colonel would very upset. It wolnt let me give less than 1 star. I came here last week. My coworkers and I bought an 8 and 12 piece bucket family meals they said they didn't have plates because the truck hasn't came in. Luckily I had some plates in my truck. They didn't even provide us with napkins. This week we came back and they refused to give us plates again. So I called the kfc on international and they said they would give us plates silverware napkins and everything we needed.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was by far my worst fast food experience ever. My family’s Christmas tradition has always been getting KFC on Christmas Eve. I checked both Google and the app for the store hours. I placed an order in the app. The store confirmed the order. I arrived at the pick up time and the order was marked as ready. I opened the lobby door and was greeted by multiple employees cussing me out and refusing to fulfill my order or even refund it. This included the manager. I have never had such a poor experience in my life and now I’m out the money for Christmas Eve dinner because I’m not even sure if I’ll get refunded and have had an awful experience with getting cussed out on what should have been a happy occasion. I highly recommend staying as far away from this KFC as you possibly can.

I’ve placed the order on the app as usual, when I got the confirmation that my order was ready, I drove through the window and they didn’t wanted to assist me. Ot was around 10:10pm this monday December 23. They were making sign that they were closed and the app said to pick up my order ate 10:30pm and I was there at least 15min before. Ive called them at the window several times to explain I had an online order and they were just giving me faces and ignoring me for a long time. Extremely rude and pathetic. I felt scammed and disrespected. Really bad customer service. I just wanted the food to give my babe or at least an explanation. I felt really bad with this service! Worst experience ever! I’ve tried to report on chat service in the app and the bot doesn’t work good. The only thing that worked perfectly was the charge service taking my money. Thats insanely ridiculous from a company like this having these kind of mistake happening!

People often find time to complain but rarely stop to give compliments where they’re due. Today, I experienced something worth celebrating!
I don’t usually visit KFC, but my husband was craving chicken, so we stopped by this location—and I’m so glad we did.
First, the cleanliness of the restaurant was *spotless*—a refreshing sight!
Second, our food was piping hot and absolutely delicious. Every bite was perfection.
Lastly, the cashier was incredibly kind, and when I asked to speak to the manager to share my feedback, I was greeted by the sweetest, most welcoming woman.
Kudos to this team for truly making a difference. This location is setting the bar high! Keep it up!

The fries are very good there, the chicken is not that spicy I think they should sell salads in that store
