Walk in to order food and am snapped at by the lady on headset they’re closed, even though all the signs say they’re open, still acting as if I should have known they were closed. As I’m walking out, same lady is yelling at the guest at the speaker box over and over, and simply being rude. Wish I knew her name, but under no circumstances is that how anyone, especially a worker, should treat anyone. Again, wish I knew her name, cause she needs to be fired asap

This location, their intercom never works. Stop by this evening and was yelled at because someone doesn't want to do their job!

The drive-thru at night is a total mess. The person taking orders right now should just stay home if they don't want to work. I deal with customers in my job too, She need to work with the customers service.

Worst KFC in Orlando. Night shift is horrible, and the night shift manager is very unprofessional and always has an attitude. KFC do something. It's been months since my last visit, nothing has changed smh. Shame on you KFC. Same night crew terrible

Two times this month I was denied service at the KFC drive through and told I must come inside to order. This was during dinner time. Perhaps it was discrimination because I was White and inside personnel were black. They also stated they only take credit cards for purchases. Probably because they don’t trust employees handling cash. If this a new corporate policy then tear out drive-thru system or close up this operation by this franchisee. The second time this happened I replied “no thank you” and went elsewhere to eat. Everyone needs to boycott this KFC location for anti-customer practices.

Lady At the drive thru appears to be the manager is RUDE.
I placed an order online. I received poor service and some items were missing from my order.
The team will have one person in the drive thru line, no people in the lobby, and be so overwhelmed somehow that they cannot simply take a drive-thru order to get the guest away from their wasp-infested drive thru speaker, telling the guest to continue to wait near the wasps or to step inside (defeating the whole purpose of a drive thru)

After a long day at Universal, my family and I came to dine at this restaurant, and I was seriously disappointed with the meal. We ordered nuggets, fries, biscuits, wings, and sandwiches - but the quality and consistency were all over the place. Why were the sandwiches hot while everything else was lukewarm? What's going on with that?
It honestly seemed like the food was cooked in old oil that badly needs to be changed. Everything came out darker than it should have, and the flavor was off because of it. We couldn't even enjoy the wedges - we ended up throwing them away.
To make it worse, it took forever just to get our order taken, even though the lobby was quiet and practically empty. We couldn't even put in a complaint because there was no one around to talk to. Overall, the service was slow, the food was inconsistent, and the oil clearly needs replacing. Extremely disappointed.

This kfc location has a terrible odor which I assume they mop the floor with the same water. Hopefully my food will be cooked decently.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I arrived here at 10:30am. I ordered a family bucket original. They said it would be a 30 minute wait. Fine I excepted that. It was over a hour. I had my elderly mother with me. She needed to use the restroom badly but they had an out of order signs on the door. The worst service I ever had. I wanted a refund but I was denied one because they said it would only be a few more minutes. I spent almost $30 at this place . I will never return here again. They also didn’t have a cashier so I was forced to use the kiosks in the dining room to order my food.
