Whatever happened to giving good customer service well visited this location and experience with the lady with the long ugly finger nails which should not be allowed when dealing with food. She was rude and definitely not friendly and could careless about providing great customer service and meeting customers expectations. She definitely needs to be retrained and I hope she isn't managing this place because if so it explains why the staff is walking around like the are mad with the world not a pleasant welcoming atmosphere.

Wednesday 03/27/24 around 10 p.m.We ordered 2 menus with tenders at the terminal. After 15-20 minutes of waiting, we were missing a tender in a box of 5 and the rolls because "there were no more" but no one warned us and we were not offered any. option. Communication and lack of friendliness were very present. The employees were rude and unaccommodating. In addition, other customers were poorly received and the restaurant was not clean.

Whoever managed the store the evening of 03/21/24 should be fired. The manager and staff closed 20 minutes early and very rudely said they were out of everything so they could get off early. Might want to make sure your staff is keeping the store operational at the hours listed and not sending business away early. Countless negative reviews and no changes so I be calling corporate. Your days are numbered night shift manager. ?

This is THE WORST kfc on this planet. The customer service is AWFULLLLLLLLLLLL. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE I MEAN HORRIFIC. DO not waste your money here the cashiers are just disgusting

Very rude staff. Not just to us but to every customer in the restaurant. We come to this one a couple of times a month and have never been so disappointed with the staff as we were this day.

Service is horrible, drive thru attendant monday 03.03.24 around 5pm. She is extremely rude, it's my first time to encounter a customer service representative trying to argue to a customer on what I wanted to order. Manger saw everything and just let it happen.

Dyamand agrued with my husband in the drive thru because when she repeated his order it was not what he believed he ordered. He clarified what he wanted and she argued with him and asked him why he ordered wrong. At this point he had not paid yet and was just trying to clarify what he wanted. She was extremely rude and then she slammed the window door in anger after she handed him his food. He works in food service and understands having a bad day, but this was unacceptable behavior.

Bad service, bad organization, they made me change my order because I didn't have cooked chicken, so what are they cooking? What are they open for? After they made me change it, they left me waiting more than 30 minutes for an order that they changed because they didn't have enough? Nunk understood what I think was the manager, she was upset because I ordered the 16 piece combo so what? I didn't leave because my children were hungry, bad service, bad attention…I won't be back again and I live in the area and it's no wonder there are no people.

It’s a waste of time for me to leave a review I just thought I would warn others of the unwelcoming rude service that comes from this location. KFC as a company should really look into the reviews and fix the problem but I know they don’t. Ordered pick up and I just simply gave my name for my order and the look and tone of voice that came from just that blew my mind. It seemed so painful for her to even “greet” me which consisted of “you trying to order” as she walked away … It’s a shame how customers are treated for no reason and what’s worse is you can hear them complaining about customers while they are “preparing food” in the back. BTW food is a hit or miss which is amazing considering how simple it is.

They should be ashamed to have even opened up this day. The employees were arguing, the lead person told me that I couldn't order what I ordered. It was the cashier who did what she did not me the customer.

Wow. Artavia is one of the best Fast food managers I've ever been around. She's sweet, caring, tries her best to remember her customers, and even their orders. Her staff is also on point and that's a product of how this place is ran. I also love the new remodeled building. The food came hot and fresh and she even came around after we ate cleaned our table and had a great conversation with us! We need more people like this in the industry and she goes above and beyond to make sure your experience whether brief, or if you come frequently a great one! Great job KFC you hired a good one!

Fried potatoes were EXTREMELY SALTED service was nasty. There was no person taking the order so they told me that I had to use a terminal if I wanted to order, and at 72 years old, it was a learning experience, but disturbing. If that's the way clients are attended this days, I think we are dehumanized.
