They won’t even acknowledge you, seem bored or depressed. They can ring you up and collect your money but with one person ahead of me and 3 staff members and I’ve waited close to 15 mins to put in an order and still waiting….. I’ll update!

30 to 40 min wait no matter the time or day you go. Some times you see in the parking lot 15 to 20 cars waiting for there order. Very very disappointed. This needs to be taken care off ASAP.

The food here is actually good, the problem lies in the fact that I have come here like 5 times and Everytime they take any where from 20-40 min to get my food to me, I really like this kfcs food and it's close to my house but I'm getting tired of waiting so long, when I can go to Wendy's right next door and get my meal in 8 min.

This is the second week in a row that I've placed a mobile order and have gone to pick through the drive thru and was advised I needed to come inside. Last week, no problem. I was able to walk so I found a park and proceeded to get get my order that was ready paid for. That served no purpose at all. This week however, I'm recovering from a busted knee and unable to walk in to get my order. I proceed to let them know at the window. With an attitude she tells me to pull around. When I get to the window she's looking stunned. I assume because I looked fine. Well I'm not going out looking a mess even with a busted knee. So now I guess I'm not injured based on her review of me sitting in a car and refused to hand me my paid for order that was literally in her hand. They don't have to worry about my business again. Im temporarily injured but I assume disabled customers need not place a mobile order as you will be unable to pick up from the wondow. Then they are pulling everyone up so they mess up production and making it appear they are really fast. Back to the issue. So there he are no parks.

I came to kfc because I was despeitly crazing some because I had some from another store the other day and hadn’t had kfc in America in a long time because they changed the recipe. It was amazing made me want to go right back so here we go I was very hungry and I was in route to a freind and stopped at the kfc on hiawasee. When I tell you disgusting this chicken taste like gas station chicken. I asked for xtra crispy it was dripping or grease and soft like it was sitting in oil for hours. Never again. I will stay in door and not order chicken once again for 3 decades. And let’s not forget the pot wholes in the parking lot. Mt poor tires.

m absolutely appalled at the so-called “customer service” I received from Shante B. I cannot believe this is the type of person you allow to represent your establishment. From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted with a rude and dismissive “go ahead with your order” instead of being offered any specials or even the basic courtesy of “how can I help you?” When I got to the window, she shoved the total at me with an attitude and then barked at us to pull up to the front. Excuse me? That is not how you treat paying customers. I expect better from any business I choose to spend my hard-earned money at. Something needs to be done about this immediately, because if this is the standard you allow, I can promise you I will be taking my business elsewhere and telling everyone I know to do the same.

I went to this KFC tonight and didn't get my drink. I went there last night and ordered a three piece meal,but only got a 2 piece. I told the little teenager at the window and she never said a word I have tried both nights to call,but no one will answer the phone! This place sucks!

Never had terrible service in my life 11:30 PM the black worker lady was so nasty lying about sauces when I’m looking directly at them then got mad because I asked for them I don’t know who is running these locations I will post a video on TikTok and let it do its thing nasty work
The food is horrible. The chicken was over fried, they gave me mac and cheese instead of cole slaw, potato wedges were hard and not cooked properly inside.

You want to wait 40 minutes. Go ahead and eat here. You place a order for pick up so you dont have to wait and it tells you its ready. Believe me its never ready. Hope that helps someone. You better off going further to a different location

Great service and friendly.. But the serving size where way to little even on small items like mac and cheese.. The spicy chicken was so greasy I coulda changed the oil on a peterbuild truck.. Not going back to this location it used to be the highlight of my trip thru the area..
