I know it’s hard getting good people to work right now but my husband just spent half an hour waiting on his chicken, and then for 2 sodas. Absolutely ridiculous! He was told there would be a wait for the chicken, no problem. Got the chicken, ended up having to go inside just to get the drinks he paid for. When he was inside there was another person also waiting that was frustrated with the wait time. Do better KFC.

I went to pick up two orders for different people and I was sitting in drive thru, lobby was closed after 10pm and a girl comes up to the window and asked me , if I just got my income tax. I said no, and then another lady ask her why would she ask me that question for. She stated everyone ordering all these fill up boxes, etc.,and she walked away before I could say something. So apparently she only gets to buy chicken when she gets her income tax .No honey I don't need a income tax to go to KFC. Maybe if your attitude wasn't so piss poor , you might get a raise, and then you won't have to wait for your taxes.. To the other lady that spoke up Thank you, sorry I can't give you 5 stars, I only hoped there was zero stars for her .If she doesn't want to cook food that's ordered , then go get a job somewhere else. If no one ordered , I don't think you would have a job. If I was your manage and knew how lazy you where , you wouldn't have been there to be rude to me. I would of fired your butt a long time ago. Grow up, and learn some customer service skills .Food tasted like it was cooked in old grease,, and some was still pink, which I will not ever eat from there again. Maybe cooking isn't your thing after all..Thank you
