Opened up the gravy and it was only a 1/4 full. The meal was for a family of 8. Not enough to go around. Also the crispy chicken was cooked to long. The crunch was like rocks. Came in to pick up order and said thank you but no one even looked up. Bad food bad service. Not a great combo for 50 bucks.

I'm absolutely flabbergasted at the pathetic excuse of service you call fast food. My family and I had the displeasure of experiencing your drive through, and it was truly dismal. It begs the question, what kind of education or even basic human decency these people possess.Your staff seems to have conveniently forgotten how to do their job. Is it so hard to get an order right? Instead, my family and I were provided with entirely incorrect food items, and when confronted, your staff had the audacity to roll their eyes and close windows on us.Their mockery and laughter was nothing short of a sick joke. It's bloody sad that we're paying customers being treated like charity cases. I sincerely hope the manager of this establishment reads this message and reigns in these issues.Based on this experience, your staff need an overhaul in terms of training, particularly the ones who were on duty on 14th February 2024, during the closing hours of 9-10pm. This sort of service is unacceptable!
