When was the last time a buffet blew your mind ? For me it was today, comming from NYC I have a snobbish attitude to Indian food outside NYC( as we have so many varieties) but this place proved me wrong !!
Hands down one of the best Gujrathi buffets I have had in the US and a very loving and amazing staff at the restaurant - if you are in Orlando - you have to hit up this place !
Ps; special mention to the clean restrooms - a rarity at most Indian restaurants !!

Really nice little place, with an attached area for special events and stuff. The girl working the register was really friendly and super hospitable making sure you got fresh roti with the buffet. The buffet had a really nice variety of options as well

We went to Khasiyat expecting a pleasant lunch, but what we got instead was a lesson in how to make guests feel completely unwelcome. The lady at the front desk was consistently rude — not just to us, but to almost every customer we saw. She wasn’t overwhelmed, just full of unnecessary excuses and a bad attitude, like customer service was beneath her.
Midway through our lunch, we asked for extra roti — a simple request. We waited over 10 minutes, and when we reminded her politely, she gave us a look that said, “How dare you ask me for something?” No apology, multiple unnecessary excuses — just pure indifference wrapped in sarcasm.
The food itself was actually decent, which makes the whole thing even more frustrating. You can have the best menu in town, but if your staff acts like they’re doing people a favor by letting them eat, it ruins the entire experience.
Khasiyat might serve Gujarati food, but they definitely forgot to serve any basic hospitality.

If you’re looking to indulge in an authentic Kathiyawadi feast, Khashiyat Orlando is the place to be! From the moment you walk in, the warm and welcoming ambiance sets the tone for a delightful dining experience.
The Kathiyawadi Thali is undoubtedly the star of the show. Served with a generous variety of traditional dishes, it perfectly captures the rich flavors of Gujarat. Each item is cooked to perfection, bringing out the authentic taste of regional spices and fresh ingredients. The rotla and bhakri are soft and pair wonderfully with the spicy sev tamatar and the flavorful ringan no olo. The kadhi and dal are comforting and well-balanced, and the accompaniments like pickles, chutneys, and buttermilk add an extra layer of authenticity.
The portion sizes are generous, making it a perfect option for those with a hearty appetite. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that your thali is always replenished with hot, fresh food. The traditional presentation and attention to detail truly elevate the experience.
For anyone craving a genuine taste of Kathiyawad in Orlando, Khashiyat is a must-visit. It’s a flavorful journey that will leave you satisfied and eager to return. Highly recommended!

I would give negative stars. Go to this Khasiyat if you want very khaas (special) stale food. Two of the curries they served in the buffet were stale, someone can easily tell from the first bite. When complained they changed one of the curry to something from their freezer. They do catering, so don't expect the buffet they put out to be fresh, 99% it is going to be from the last weekend's left over from a wedding catering or a birthday party.
