My bestfriend just had a horrible experience here. All her food came out wrong so she asked for a refund and they denied it because she ate a small portion of it and then she heard the STAFF talking bad about her in Vietnamese when she went to go use the bathroom, not knowing that she understood Vietnamese. Do not recommend this place!

No, she understood clearly what they were saying in Vietnamese and it was shit talk. Also she did not eat all the mussels, she ate around 5 while waiting over 20 minutes for the server. This is not okay, I know sometimes customers can be a hassle but having staff talk shit and letting it slide is crazy and the treatment was horrible.

The crawfish was over cooked and over priced, every small cheese sauce or something for flavoring over power the taste of the crawfish also. The first batch was good 👍 the next batch was terrible.

Soooooooo- the crawfish are a bit too dirty to enjoy. I decided not to get them on this third trip. The shrimp are delicious. They come with the shell but not deveined. There is an option up charge if have them peeled and deveined. But you cant just have them deveined. Even if you pay. The sauce that is under the shrimp shell is a little bit of a pleasure to consume so Id prefer the shell but no poop. It could just be me. Rules are rules I guess.

We’ve eaten here many times now and I just realized I never wrote a review. This venue is located right on Mills where all the action is at. Parking during prime time is non existent. Customer service is always non existent, which is fairly typical from Viet establishments. In fact, at times here it can be so poor that I’ve taken away a star from the total rating. Food is wonderful however, and although they have literally gotten our order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME we’ve eaten here, it’s always tasty. Today we got the Royal Feast with the Shebang sauce, extra spicy. And it’s actually spicy. They really know how to do the Cajun boil right, and I do highly recommend it. It really brings back memories of when we were all broke ass college students getting drunk at a football party cooking a giant cauldron of Cajun seafood. Good times. That sauce just seeps into everything in that boil and just elevates it to new heights, it’s splendid. That item comes with mussels, clams, crawfish, sausage, potato, corn, shrimp, Dungeness crab and snow crab. So if you don’t care about service, give this place a whirl when you’re in the mood for some Cajun.

Its very unprofessional to tell a customer that you want refund or exchange a food items if its not cooked correctly. SSpecially when some of your items may be made days before. I have been her a few times but was very surprised about todays visit. Just not good service when its alot of seafood spots to pick from in the orlando Area!!.

Came here with my family, while I was visiting. It was a big mistake.
- Paid extra for live crawfish. Ate four and two tasted frozen and the other two were dead (black and stinky). Complained and they brought out some live crawfish to explain that they used live crawfish. I explained that the black crawfish means that it was dead before it was boiled. They took away the crawfish without explaining if they were making a new batch or just cancelling the order. The waiter did not come by to check and is "busy" taking orders from other tables. He's pretty bad compared to the waitress. (After everyone else was done eating, he asked if we needed anything else and I told him the next time they took something back, they should ask if we wanted something else. So now I'm upset and I have to make a pit stop somewhere to get something else to eat).
- The scallops were pretty good.
- Overall, the food was okay, but the misleading claim about the quality (e.g. live crawfish) is concerning. Also, the customer service is subpar. It's really disappointing considering that the location and the price are decent. I don't plan on coming back and I would not recommend if you don't want a situation like this to ruin your plans/vacation.

Wish I could give 4 and a half stars. We got a large variety of seafood, and sides. Most of the quality was amazing, the lobster and one of the crab qualities was a little questionable. But everything else was amazing. Atmosphere is very cozy and great service.

Arrived around 2:30, ordered large blue crabs. These crabs were not fresh and not large by industry standards. Host explained they come pre sized and offered a 10% discount. This could've sufficed but crabs were not fresh and not meaty. "Butter" taste like oil. Flavor did not taste like old bay. Fried oysters were tasty.
Great food. Worth the money.
