Every camera I have bought has been great, so knowledgeable and kind staff there
Clean and comfortable hotel, excellent location, helpful and friendly staff. Complimentary shuttle to the parks was so convenient. Geraldine in the breakfast area was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The break is great and Geralaire is super nice and helpful. She is also a hard worker. Our family enjoys this hotel. The room is spacious. Staff is helpful. Location is great. We would come back in future.
Everyone was very friendly and accommodating! This is our third time coming back after 8 years! Geraldine was a great help as well. We really got to meet and be known by the general staff, and we’ll be coming back again for sure.
Geraldine was awesome! She is always willing to support and help guests with an amazing attitude. This places is well located! You’ll be near everything you need. Geraldine gave as an awesome support
I have never had such a bad experience in a hotel. The only good things I can say is the staff were nice and as helpful as they could and the sheets were clean. First room safe didn't work, taps dripping, rust on wardrobe prevented it from opening air conditioning so loud we had to shout. Ask for help said maintenance would fix issues left for 4hrs came back nothing changed. So they offered another room 2nd worse than the first another room this one door wouldn't even open handle broken. By this time it was 11pm so 4th room shower dripping bugs coming from under sink no safe hinges of bathroom door hanging off. We were so tired and had full itinerary the next day we slept badly next morning we had ro bring all our valuables with us all day in universal ipads cameras passports etc as we had no safe back late to room slept badly again couldn't do it any longer got up at 5 packed up and left told lady at desk I just couldn't do another night.
La muchacha Geraldine was very lovely and serviceable. Always with a nice smile. The breakfast was very good, I personally enjoyed everything on the menu. The atmosphere was very pleasing as well. Recommend to many.
Decent and comfortable place. Staff was kind and ready to help you with anything you wanted. Location was good as well. Building is overall a bit old, however it was very clean and felt kinda like home Had a good time for a short escape trip.
"Excellent service, quick check-in, and the rooms are comfortable." "Great location, many restaurants and shops nearby." "My children enjoyed the variety at breakfast." "In conclusion, it's a very good hotel for the price, and we will definitely use it again for our next vacation."

Standard hotel, clean room, easy check-in, good location, nice pool. There is a Golden Corral in the same parking lot and stores you can walk to nearby. We were about 2 miles from Orlando City Walk where we had dinner. We stayed one night before our Carnival cruise, about 15 minutes from airport where we had 1 person fly in to meet us. Standard continental breakfast with scrambled powder eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, bread, pastries, yogurt, apples/oranges, coffee, juice, milk.
Dirty floors made our socks and feet dirty, bathroom doors wouldn’t close at all. Waffle mix didn’t taste good, apple juice was completely watered down. We stayed 2 different nights in 2 different rooms and both were the same…dirty and both bathrooms doors wouldn’t close. The shower water dripped all night and day.
We stayed at this hotel for a swim meet - chosen for us by our swim club. Every family who stayed here is very unhappy with the accommodations.Rooms are disgustingly dirty. The water in the tub continually runs. Shower curtain was covered in mildew. Smoke detectors are non-functioning. One closet door is missing. Pictures on the wall in the bathroom are filthy. Headboards are filthy. Rooms cards deactivate every time you leave your room. Had to get new keys multiple times a day over the course of five days. Parking lot was continually blocked off for buses, repainting. Why this was done during peak spring break is beyond me. Breakfast food is cold. Hall lights have dead bugs in them. Our first room the carpet was wet and the room smelled awful . The thermostat on the wall continually says Error. Room is damp and musty. Carpet is filthy. Bedding is horrible. Housekeeping leaves one towel if you are lucky. Save your money and run!!!
Do your family a favor and stay somewhere else. Check-in took 40 minutes with 2 couples ahead of us. The gentleman behind the counter was nice enough - just inexperienced. Only one person at desk - even though other staff walked in and out of the office behind them. There was literally a line to the door behind us … Cannot imagine how long it took them!? The room (315) reeked of cigarette smoke. The refrigerator was missing … like literally missing. Went back downstairs- complained and they moved us to a new room (Which was clean and actually had a fridge). To add tot the fun … the key card didn’t work, even though the staff member updated it. So I had to go back downstairs to get a new key. There was ONE wash cloth in the room. And ONE hand towel. And 3 bath towels. After traveling all day …. We went back downstairs to ask for more … the employee said he’d bring some to our room in “10 minutes.” Four hours later … at 10:15 pm they knocked on the door and gave us 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels. We were there for 3 nites and had to ask for towels every single day. And, of course … the key cards had to be reset every day. Breakfast is what you’d expect. Nothing fancy. But sufficient. Inexplicably, there is no water (in any form) at the breakfast bar. Not from the juice machine. Not in a pitcher. No bottled water available. I asked the front desk for water … and the manager (I assume) said I was welcome to buy a bottle from the machine. I suppose the young lady behind the counter felt sorry for us and all the trouble we had … so she walked over and gave me a bottle of water from the office. There were 2 buses full of high school kids there … perhaps the staff was unprepared. But there is really no excuse for the level of incompetence we endured. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights at a cost of 1, 000 dollars … and that’s the level of service we got?!? And oh yeah … they forget to mention that there’s a service fee (of some kind that cost us an additional $86.00) I will NEVER EVER EVER stay there again.
