i literally loved the beyond burger here 😠i don’t eat many burgers and i was starvinggg so the meat and vegan cheese with the fries hit the spot!
Great food. We got pizza. And some salads. Their staff was kind and helpful. This restaurant is a throwback to the 1970s. Loved the giant screen in the restaurant.

Satisfying food was served here. Instant comfort after a cold, wet, and intensive ride. We had their chicken sandwich and pork ribs, they are nothing spectacular but in very generous portion and just hitting the right spot, very comforting.
On the side: Their fries are fresh, which is way better than what we had from Mel’s, different park though. Lol

My little brother and I were here Tuesday 10/29/24. We wanted to order the coconut fried chicken plate. When we went to order the girl behind the counter whispered under her breath that they were not serving lunch and she could only serve us breakfast. I said no problem and asked where the breakfast menu was located she pointed to three items to choose from I chose not to get anything but my brother went with the danish's. When we went to check out I asked the cashier when lunch would begin so I could come back. She kindly informed me that they were already serving lunch and that the people in the kitchen just didn’t want to serve us. So, I went back and tried to order our lunch again this time we waited approximately 10mins for someone to acknowledge us (we were the only ones in there). When we did get our food the girl just threw it on the counter and quickly walked away. I’m not sure why they seemed angry I’m assuming they were feeling rushed to get lunch ready which is totally understandable and I didn’t mind waiting or coming back. I just don’t appreciate being lied to in the beginning. Overall the cashiers up front were very helpful and kind but the people doing food prep in the back were rude for no reason.
Slow, disorganized, not meeting the usual (well the one they used to have) Universal standards. If you plan eating there make sure if you mobile ordered that someone is actually taking care of your order… or you will wait in line forever… we hate eating at universal it is always a bad experience and we just had 2 industrial frozen reheated lava cakes !

The food was hit and miss. One of us had the pizza, one had the curry and two of us had a burger and fries. The burgers were burnt and dry and no amount of garnish could disguise it, although everything else was apparently quite good.
The mobile ordering system created confusion, as the app stated the food was being prepared, although the staff didn't actually begin preparing the order until I went to the counter to enquire about the order.
In terms of seating, it was incredibly difficult to find a table that wasn't speckled with bird droppings. They need to dedicate a member of staff to keeping the tables clean, because it stands to reason that nobody wants to eat food next to that kind of thing.

It's crazy, first you have to stand in the serpentine line to get in the restaurant and once in you are told to find the line for the meal you'd like to order. So you find your meal on one of the 4 menus. But let's say you want a pizza and a burger then you stand in the line for let's say the pizza first. Then you go to the line for the burgers and wait in that one etc. because of this it's a very chaotic restaurant that isn't customer friendly. If your family has 4 people in it with each person choosing something from each menu you will be in there awhile my friend, which the first order going cold!!

4 Pepperoni Pizza $57 ?
The taste was okay, the kids liked it.
Waiting time: Start 2:45pm - 30 minutes until we paid.
Drinks soft about $5
We bought the CC refill cup 4 times. About $63 was wasted but you can refill it every 10 minutes. So it's worth it.
A little tip: fill flavor drops in your own bottles, you can get ice cubes and water for free at the Coca Cola refill machine.
Otherwise, take your own fruit, vegetables and snacks.

This place is a waist of money and time. Here for 1hr with an online order 2 pizzas and 2 ice that we never received. Brought a refill cup and when we went they told me that we can't get it! So horrible place, horrible service and the worker there doesn't know anything. Never again!

Nice takeout salad and fruit - better than the other restaurant I tried out in the park. Chicken could be seasoned though.

We love Universal and their restaurants but this one failed to impress. All four of us ordered different options ( BBQ sandwich, coconut crusted chicken, cheese burger, and jerk sandwich)... The jerk was the best. Cold fries and subpar food is a no-go for us. Wendy's is better and far less than the $58 (with annual pass discount) we paid.
