This isn't as easy as it could be. Each line only serves a few things not the full menu. Once you get in a proper line it moves fairly quickly.Food was delicious although I would like to have twice as much jerk seasoning on the mahi sandwich.

If I can give 0 star, I will. We went to vocable bay water park last month, I tried to place mobile order for this restaurant. Their mobile keep shows app error so I can't get confirmation code. So I went to different restaurant for lunch. Later that day at 730pm, I received email said oh here is ur confirmation code for lunch. At that time water park is closed and we are already back in hotel. We left Orlando the next day, and they charged me for the food I never could even get. I tried to call but none of phone number I found online can reach them. I can't dispute through credit card company because they need you tried to fix it with merchant first. So there you go, get free money. I will never go there again.

Took almost an hour in line after mobile ordering. The line for people ordering at the restaurant was moving twice as fast. Once we got to the pick-up counter employees were standing around talking, moving slow to get orders out, and looked confused on what each person's order was supposed to have. The condiment area wasn't stocked, I asked for napkins and the employee filled it up and stood in front of them while cleaning up the area so I had to ask again to be able to reach around her and when I thanked her, she didn't even speak back. Overall customer service was almost nonexistent. Very underwhelming food for the price.

The place was filthy, not one employee checked tables. Garbage everywhere. Ordered on mobile, arrived and got two eye rolls from employees. One told me they didn't do mobile orders (despite it being on the app, signage for pickup and an accepted order). Mahi sandwich was soggy. Flatbread pizza salty and overdone on one side. Pulled pork sandwich was nicely sized and done ok. Better places nearby or wait for your hotel.

The food is great, from the breakfast pizza, to the kohala burger. My main issue is the staff can be rude at times, then the ice machine on the cola refill are seemingly always out. I remember visiting two years ago and the ice was out. A dedicated ice machine would be a much best idea

We get there order our food and it was fine. The Plant based burger was absolutely disgusting couldn’t even finish the one bite. My coconut crusted fried chicken was good at the time and then got food poisoning and super expensive! don’t recommendVegetarian options: not good at all!!!!

We ordered the vegetable burrito which was supposed to come with colorful vegetable chips. We received Lay's Potato chips... When we informed the manager, we were told that Lay's are vegetable chips! LOL! God is good.
