Korean Gogi Grill

A poor imitation of Korean food and Korean BBQ. Do not recommend if you’re looking for decent Korean food. Korean restaurant run by non-Korean and it shows—no lettuce, no dipping sauce, really thick cuts of meat when it’s meant to be thin, was told when we came in that they wouldn’t serve the mixed salad on the menu because it wasn’t fresh, etc etc. Also service was so disorganized—was served by a random array of people, was given 4 spoons for 10 people, and 10 tongs and 5 scissors to grill/cut the meat. Wouldn’t recommend.

We are traveling on vacation and found Gogi! The food was delicious and they were very accommodating with everything.

Great food and good price for the amount of food you get I will always come back with the family they do not rush you and they bring out anything you need great restaurant

This place is awesome! The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was very pleasant, especially, Yanzi. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

The older reviews gave our party an expectation that this place did not meet.
In summary: Side dishes were heavily skimped and were either too salty or had no flavor. Delayed giving us our meat by an hour (because "the kitchen grill was not working" even though at KBBQs you get raw meats to cook at your own table? we also got our other side dishes that were warm just fine?). Spent $100+ for poor food quality, it was a very disappointing experience. For a restaurant that serves a la carte, you'd be better off getting AYCE somewhere else. Server was nice but not worth the price. Hopefully the establishment will do better in the future.

Came in for a late lunch/ early dinner while traveling into Orlando. Food was fresh and very flavorful... However, the level of service and friendliness from Michael truly took my meal over the top. 100% would recommend to come here, and often.

Mostly I am not a picky eater at all, but this place is the worst restaurant in my whole life. I hope people don't think this is Korean cuisine. I feel shamful as a Korean person.
Miso soup is sooooo salty, 김치찌개 tastes like Kimchi with hot water.
Particularly the steamed egg haven't had come out for an hour, and it only tastes burned. And the waiter said it is coming soon but it was an hour!
No menu was given after we came in, and we got the water after we asked her a several times.
한국음식 이렇게 맛없지 않아요 ㅠㅠ

José's service was excellent, the food could be better, I came with great enthusiasm to eat Korean food and honestly I didn't read the comments before, I don't recommend it

Update 2024
This restaurant sucks. Staff hated their lives. We ordered, waited 15 minutes then told us the item wasn't in stock. Food quality dramatically decreased since the height in 2022. Would not recommend. Go to Gyu-Kaku 5 mins away for similar food.

As a Korean, I am really appalled by the food served at this restaurant. Everything that was served was not correct or authentic in any manner. The kimchi and side dishes were either bland or too salty. And they were not even made correctly. The egg was not fluffy but almost like a giant scrambled egg. The meat was also not at all cut in any correct way. The thin beef was too thick. The pork was also not cut correctly. Don’t get me started on the seasonings. Everything was a white version of Korean food.

Got there 15 minutes before closing, only ones in Dining Room, server was polite and attentive. Food was hot and delicious and was not rushed at all. Way to go guys !!! We will be back !!!
