I told her it was our first time at a Korean BBQ and asked a couple of questions and the waitress either didn't understand me or just didn't care to help us learn the process. I didn't know you weren't supposed to add the ingredients in the Ramen and let them just cook. I smelled something burning and noticed all of my pho noodles were gone they had melted and burnt on the bottom of the bowl and the entire bowl tasted scorched. Absolutely a CRAP experience, first time here ever, rude server, and when I tell the manager about my experience, he decides to comp the meal 10 percent, and then hang up on me.
