KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot - Universal Studios

We had a group of 7 people for lunch. Our server, Leila, was so patient with us all. She was attentive to all of us and efficient. She explained everything to us newbies that didn't know what to expect.
This was my first experience with kpot and it was a good one :-)

Tori showed great hospitality! she was super sweet and kept checking up on us and providing amazing service. Definitely recommend Kpot for Korean bbq beginners

Kallie was a great server! She was super attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful with suggestions as this was our first time doing hot pot. Food was extremely good and there were tons of options to choose from.

I told her it was our first time at a Korean BBQ and asked a couple of questions and the waitress either didn't understand me or just didn't care to help us learn the process. I didn't know you weren't supposed to add the ingredients in the Ramen and let them just cook. I smelled something burning and noticed all of my pho noodles were gone they had melted and burnt on the bottom of the bowl and the entire bowl tasted scorched. I told the waitress and she laughed at me and walked off. we were there for 30 minutes before she came back to check for refills. For $100 I really want3d me and my sons first experience to at least be edible.

Absolutely a CRAP experience, first time here ever, rude server, and when I tell the manager about my experience, he decides to comp the meal 10 percent, and then hang up on me. 0/5 stars will never go back.

Fixed price all you can eat hot pot and Korean BBQ. We are both. Everyone loved their broths, and we were partial to the leaner cuts of meat, but all were good. Too good. Extra workout tomorrow... So. So. Full...

JoJo was an amazing server. Some of my family is handicapped and the way she was so patient with us and accommodating in many ways really made it such a pleasant experience.

Also the quality of the meat here is really good! Loved my time at Kpot.
