I would NOT recommend! I have no idea what we spent $50 on. It was not lambi. In fact calling our credit card company because we are a 100% positive that was NOT lambi. Looks like and taste like dry ham. The sauce poi is water and rice is a joke. We paid extra for pikliz and I thought they gave us coleslaw by accident. This was such a disappointment and I feel deceived.

Not authentication Haitian food at all

I ordered here in the past an there food is always hit or miss an I'm tired of it so I'm gonna leave a review of today cause it was the worst yet the Legume tasted like it was from yesterday or days before the rice mixed with beans was soggy and sticky worst texture and taste the they gave a small cup of bean sauce and even worst they filled that small cup halfway the portions were smaller then usual the cups that hold the rice was crazy small they usually give me a decent size cup with the prices and bean sauces just horrible today horrible.

SPOILT FOOD!!! I paid $16 each plate to get cold food. I ordered over the phone and picked up my food within 10 minutes of ordering. The food is cold like it has been refrigerated AND A SPOILT SMELL & TASTE? worst food quality to date!!!

This place is horrible now since it’s own by a new Owner I’ve been going to this place for years, year 2015-2016 was the best year Real authentic Haitian food and the staff was very nice and place look welcoming.only reason why this place now got a 4.0 review is because of the old customers from back then. I ordered White rice and chicken and another order of White rice and Legumes lady charged us almost $50 she gave me half yellow rice and half white rice I think it was “Manje Kouché” from the day before mind you I ask her for a Medium size she gave me 2 large she was trying to get rid of all the old food she cooked probably didn’t sale from the day before, one of these days you’ll have a Lawsuit coming Keep making people eat
“ManJe Kouché”. On top of that if you selling Garbage food your price and attitude shouldn’t be High, everything about this place is Trash save your money go to “Lakay” restaurant that’s on Woodbury or Just drive to the west Side you won’t be disappointed, I had to throw away $50 in the trash, this is my last last last time buying from y’all I keep giving y’all chances it’s same every time..

The legume was a bit salty and I asked for beef and I think they put chicken or turkey which was not much meat, what ever was in there was overdone. Maybe today was a bad day.

I could cry bro I sent my brother to get food there and not only was the food cold, the rice had hella jirof no salt, meat was mad greasy no acid no salt and lord the lemonade was so sweet and had hella essance I usually don’t eat out and I was cravinht Haitian food but omg this was bad

I am a UCF student and left home to attend. Because of this, I haven’t been eating Haitian food very often — only when I visit home. But I found this place and my God — the food is amazing and reminds me of home. It makes me feel more connected to my culture and it’s just so delicious. Plate in photo was $10.95.

From a 1-10, I would give it a ZERO! The first time I tried this restaurant I ordered Legume with Beef and it tasted as if it was cooked from a few day. Gave it another change and I ordered the same but with Turkey . Guys, it was SOUR!!! To the point you couldn’t eat it. Right was over cooked. Food presentation was good but the taste was horrible! Thank God I ordered through DoorDash and I was able to get a refund and order from a different place since food went straight to the trash. It’s not giving authentic Haitian food. And legume is my favorite from childhood.

I had high hopes for this place…but the food was really dry and cold, and really lacked any flavor or spice at all. I waited about 30 minutes so I expected the food to be freshly made but instead they gave me overcooked chicken that we probably sitting at the kitchen for a good 10 minutes. No apology for the wait period.

I would trust what the other reviews have said and just skip this place and find another spot.

I walked in and there was no one even there. Luckily I ordered online and my food was just sitting there on the counter, so I was able to grab it. My food had no pikliz and I couldn’t ask for none since there was no one there. The Akra is not Akra. It’s more like marinade, just flour nothing else, in the shape of akra, lol. The rice was ok but there was too strong taste of Jirof, and the sauce from the turkey was salty. There’s nothing better in the area though. And it is clean!
