I've been to Krispy Krunchy Chicken in South Beach, Miami and Chicago and both were good as I would expect, but this location is the worst! The chicken was so dry and hard you'd believe it was dehydrated! Maybe this location doesn't get as much business as others, so they leave the chicken under a heat lamp for much too long.....I don't know, but one thing is for sure, as a business you don't sacrifice quality because you dont want to lose product because if you lose customers due to bad food and low quality, you won't have anyone to sell your product to. The fries tasted stale also, and they were just as hard as the chicken. I couldnt tell if the chicken was cooked today or last month 🤷♂️ Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stop there unless you're just getting gas or other things from the store area. I don't think their food would even be appreciated in a third world country 🤦 I hope that whoever runs the Krispy Krunchy Chicken franchise deals with these issues as this location is not a good representation of their brand 😉
Krispy and Krunchy it is! A nice spicy kick which is not overpowering adds to the flavor profile. My only wish is that I had this chicken directly from the fire. Seems like their chicken establishments are contained within service stations.
