The burger was really nothing to hype over. The burger and curly fries were kinda cold. Not crispy at all. Very overpriced for the quality and size.

Krusty Burger really needs to change into a Table Service Restaurant due to the crowd and popularity. I almost fainted waiting in an hour long line JUST to stand another line to order. For some frozen burger patties and fries, I was completely disappointed with the quality. I wish the burgers were freshly made and the fries were not sitting under a heat lamp. The environment is nothing special, you're in a typical mall type food court with other Simpson inspired eateries. It was definitely a one and done for my family. Too crowded, food quality is poor and the overall experience was just awful. I will give my Thanks to the awesome team members who helped me.

I guess it's to be expected. Everyone was hungry. Food was good but not enough tables or chairs. People were done eating and just using the tables to talk and rest. Rude for people just trying to eat their food.

I have walked past Krusty Burger in Simpsons Land hundreds of times and never stopped in. Tonight, needed a little fuel in the tank and gave them a try and wasn't disappointed. The burger was actually quite good and so were the fries. Quick meal that was like a pitstop in a race that allowed me to continue my Universal night. Tasty food, nice staff members, overall good experience!

Awesome experience, Don't understand the bad, great food for a theme park, service was quick and easy only long wait was the crowd. I got the crusty burger and fries which was actually a lot. Reasonably priced, was full and satisfied. Service was great if you treat employees well. people complain about service but watch how they treat the employees, they can be disrespectful it's not easy dealing with thousands of people. They did great in my view. Staff was helpful and friendly when asking questions

The food is awful. The tots do not taste right and the Buzz soda is worth avoiding if you have tastebuds. It's like discount cola with cherry seasoning

Krusty Burger on the outside is actually a bunch of different places on the inside. Additionally, you have to all stand on one line to reach the separate food areas, which is long and confusing. The seating is also impossible and leads to fights between customers because you end up running toward the same table as someone else because there are not enough seats.

The food itself was not good. I waited FOREVER for a grilled chicken sandwich just to have the food be given to someone else who just walked up (as opposed to my husband who patiently stood there for 15 minutes). They did make it right, but it was still frustrating. After all of that, the sandwich was gross. My child's chicken and waffle sandwich was dry, like eating chicken and drywall. The Flaming Moe's, however, were good, if you like Sunkist (which I do).

This place has signs to pick up mobile orders, but on the app, I couldn't see a way to place one. So overall, this place just sucks.

I will say that the whole reason we were there was because my other daughter can't have gluten or dairy, so we wanted the gluten free krusty burger. They were meticulous about making sure her food was safe and prepared separately and advised the tater tots were gluten free. She said the burger was really good. So all of that hell was worth it for a safe meal.

One last note: it was both my kids' birthdays and they had the buttons for it. We were told by the staff member policing the line to make sure we got the free milkshakes for them. However, neither can have dairy, so we asked the cashier if the drinks they did get could be free instead, but we were told no. That was a little odd since I would think milkshakes are higher in value, so we asked for something cheaper. It left them feeling disappointed that they were told they could get something and then told no because they have intolerances.

I’d been looking forward to sitting down in the iconic Kristty Burger, but unfortunately the experience fell short.

The queue moved very slowly, the smell of deep-fried oil lingered heavily in the air, and the food was cold and tasteless. Disappointing for a place with such a reputation.
