So we decided to stop and get a quick bite to eat at the Krusty burger. What we thought would be a quick bite turned into hours!! Not only was the food horrible (except the tots in my opinion) the workers too were just as bad. No one there attempted to help with anything with exception of maybe one person and they obviously hate what they do because no one there was smiling! EXCEPT for one, super sweet and helpful man by the name of “Steven”. He’s been working here for 22 years. It’s too bad he’s not hands on working with the food BECAUSE he truly knows customer service, something the others know nothing about. I rated some stars “just” for Steven but nothing else deserves the stars. I think I’ll stick with the outdoor kiosks next time. Sorry Krusty burger, get better cooks, better customer service!!

As someone who is a big fan of the Simpsons and has been for some time now i thought it was really cool having restaurants based off of the actual locations from the Simpsons. However the experience inside Krusty burger was a disappointment the food itself However was decent, but my disappointment is that a lot of the workers weren't very friendly or helpful and didn't really seem like they really wanted to be there, and there really weren't many places to sit down and actually eat at I recommend going elsewhere if you want to grab a bite to eat within Universal Studios
Food is very good and service is top notch! Steve was constantly cleaning and making the environment super exciting. Really felt welcomed because of him

Very well done, the setting and presentation of the product. long wait and they serve you poorly. You have to try it at least once. The fries are very good, the burger is meh and quite expensive for what it is.

It was really cool to see a Simpsons themed restaurant. But it was not worth the hour wait for a burger. It was good but not worth it for how much we had to go through. Hated that you had to go in ANOTHER line to grab your drinks after you get your food. Very inefficient the way it was done. Although I will definitely come to the simpsons area again I will not be ordering food from this place again.

This is a great place to go for youngsters and the young of heart. The is a variety of food and highlight all the restaurants from the Simpsons. A little loud but enjoyed not the less. We would go again.

Had a snack. Lines were long. Seating space was excellent!
The food here is unknown (35 minutes ) because I haven’t got my order. The service is a disaster. Everyone is standing in a small area and they don’t even back the right number. While I was waiting all I heard was the god damn Simpsons playing in the background.

I had the Krusty Burger and Sideshow Bob hot dog. I thought I understood why Krusty Burger was run exclusively by one company in The Simpsons. It's so delicious and the portion size itself is a treat!! (However, the staff seemed a little less nervous than other restaurants in the theme park)

Pretty disorganized queue system with multiple lines for multiple different food spots. The employee who served me looked completely miserable, almost soulless. That same energy must have been transferred over to the burger I had. Flavorless and disappointing unfortunately. At least the curly fries were edible.
