PSA: Tots were way better than the curly fries!! Curly fries are decent. Burger with secret sauce was delicious! Flaming Moes drink is small but super cool! And you can add more soda to it to keep it bubbling. We would eat here again.

I ordered the Clogger Burger Combo and it was absolutely massive, easily one of the biggest meals I have had in a long time. The 2/3 lb burger is stacked with bacon, cheese sauce, and toppings, and it actually lives up to how it looks on the menu. The portion size makes the price feel justified because it is a ton of food. The burger was juicy and filling, the Kurly fries were plentiful, and the shake pushed it into full comfort food territory. I went with a vanilla shake and paired it with a Buzz Cola, which turned out to be a great combo with the meal. Yes it is expensive, but this is one of those cases where you truly feel like you got what you paid for and it ended up being well worth it.

We went to meet and eat at the Krusty Burguer in Universal Orlando and loved the clown hair chips. Very rich, crunchy and well seasoned. The burgers are quite large with hearty portions. The high price as it is located inside the park but it is an experience that must live it and even more if they are Simpsons fans.
This was my first time at Krusty Burger, and the experience started off terribly. I was trying to understand the menu and how the payment worked since I had never been here before, and the girl who helped me, Sadie, was completely rude. Zero patience, zero kindness, and an attitude that honestly shouldn’t be acceptable for someone working in customer service.
Instead of helping or explaining things, she responded in a rude way and made it seem like my questions were annoying to her. I felt uncomfortable and rushed when all I wanted was a simple explanation.
I hope management takes note because customer service is extremely important, and having employees with that kind of attitude gives a very bad impression. I wouldn’t recommend coming here while staff like this are working.

This place is amazing to see, the wait for food felt like an hour. I understand why they haven't converted to table service(as it will likely be going away soon...) like in epic but jeez man. Long lines for a sub par burger....just get the chicken, fish, or pizza!

Krusty Burger really needs to change into a Table Service Restaurant due to the crowd and popularity. I almost fainted waiting in an hour long line JUST to stand another line to order. For some frozen burger patties and fries, I was completely disappointed with the quality. I wish the burgers were freshly made and the fries were not sitting under a heat lamp. The environment is nothing special, you're in a typical mall type food court with other Simpson inspired eateries. It was definitely a one and done for my family. Too crowded, food quality is poor and the overall experience was just awful. I will give my Thanks to the awesome team members who helped me.

I guess it's to be expected. Everyone was hungry. Food was good but not enough tables or chairs. People were done eating and just using the tables to talk and rest. Rude for people just trying to eat their food.
