I don't honestly know where to start. The drive thru team was rude when taking my order. We got to the window and the heavy set black lady with the blonde hair started yelling through the window because the girl with brown hair, latina or Asian, with two bracelets on her right arm, forgot to put our 3 fries as cheese fries with no chili and was upset she had to remake it. Service was Extremely Slow, very friendly, but slow. Granted, I knew what to expect, but of all the different locations I've been to, the quality of the food was pretty sad. The only thing we all enjoyed were the pimento bites.

Krystal's is a restaurant known for its hot and fresh food, and excellent customer service. The staff provides a welcoming atmosphere, making customers feel valued. The employees are exceptional, with the nice young woman at the counter being especially kind when a customer's grandson was making a lot of noise. Despite a mistake being quickly and professionally corrected, the customer service needs improvement, with some employees not being very conversational. The menu also lacks price listings for upgrades. However, the food is uniquely Krystal and cooked to order, making it a must-visit when in the area, especially for those who have been eating there since they were kids.
