Location: Curry Ford Road, Orlando, Florida. I waited in line to order for over 5 minutes. Person working never took my order because I just left as I was on my way to work. The woman working took care of the customer in front of me. When I left, she was still taking care of that customer. Don't know if she was by herself but the customer service is lacking and whomever was working at the time should be reprimanded. There were two other vehicles behind me in line.

One of my favorite fast food places only bone to pick was they did a crap job putting my chili cheese pup in the bag and it fell out of its container and was a big mess in the bag but normally not an issue but seriously please open the one on obt back so Im not forced to go to white castle 😉

Krystals is nostalgia for me. I grew up in Orlando and ate at the Krystals on West Colonial (no longer there) and this one on Curry Ford. It is the taste of my childhood. So my five stars is biased. Hot, oniony, mustardy and greasy! Yum. Just like a good old fashioned smash burger should be. Onion rings with the diced up onions in them and formed. I get back to Orlando every once in a while and I ALWAYS make time for a trip to Krystals. But.... $4.69 for a double burger. Boy do I miss the days of the 10 pack for $4.99. Oooops, I'm dating myself. Enjoy!!!! Sorry no pictures, I devoured before I even thought about that.

We placed a large order for my daughter's birthday. The order was fulfilled on time and everything was good.
This place has got much better. Especially fixing the roof was a plus. Also happy to see the girl store manager back. When she left this place was going down hill but now that she is back I can see the change in customer service and food quality. I stopped going here because of the service but now I am happy to come back to a better running store and the new staff! Good job corporate and happy that you brought back you great manager! ❤️💥

Double stack burger didn't have any pickles or onions in it. That was what was advertised. Nor were the burgers smashed and thin with edges crisp. Asked for water and was ignored.

I came here last week. This female was so nasty and rude. Food was cold. However decided to give it another shot. We had the pleasure of having yaz serve us. She was bubbly and sweet. Truly changed our experience. Food was nice and hot. Thank you yaz for the amazing customer service!
