I came here last week. This female was so nasty and rude. Food was cold. However decided to give it another shot. We had the pleasure of having yaz serve us. She was bubbly and sweet. Truly changed our experience. Food was nice and hot. Thank you yaz for the amazing customer service!

I had a very great experience here. Although the restaurant didn’t sparkle, the employees were very nice. I did have a bit of a wait, but to compensate they gave me a free large fry and an apple pie on their own volition; it was a pleasant surprise and they were very sweet people. 9/10

Of 8 of the hamburgers/cheeseburgers 6 were so dry and hard they weren't edible. The buns were over toasted and the fries tasted like they had been sitting there several hours.

I will give them another chance. The staff informed when that it would be 8 minutes to fulfill my order and offered to substitute items if I was in a hurry. Bottom line, I should have waited. If you love Krystal burgers, you know they have to be fresh and hot! I will give them another try!
It is no wonder all of the other Krystal locations closed. No ice, so the soda comes out of the tap warm. Warm overpriced soda. They wait till the last minute to tell me that. A good manager would go out and get ice. The french fries were so brown. It was like they haven’t changed the oil in over a week. And, the krystals well, they’re just krystals. $25 for two combo meals. Ridiculous.

Placed mobile order, burgers were cold (cheese not melted so cold from the beginning) and salty, understaffed so I was told a 6 minute wait with their greeting before I even said anything. They were not this bad when I went a few years ago

It was late on Sunday night I was hungry heading to the Orlando airport so I asked Google search for the closest Krystal. Send me to the location on Lk Underhill. Folks everything was old. The fries were old and dark like they were cooked in old oil. The 2 Krystal sandwich were old as well for the hotdogs. Never again
