I usually like to stop here after late nights at work but tonight was probably the worst service industry experience I've had. There was only one car in line so I went up to the window and ordered a combo with a Coke. I waited behind the car in front of me for 25 minutes before they gave him his food. Although there was a lot of talking and laughing going on in the store. Once I finally got to the window and paid she gave me a bag a food but no drink. As I was waiting for my drink I could hear them laughing about a foot dash order they cancelled so they could eat the food. I asked them about my drink and she said I didn't get one. I looked into the bag after I drove away and nottcied they had not given me what I ordered. At that point I was done. I've worked in the service industry most of my life and this was truly sad. I don't think I've seen many employees that care so little about their store. I would really consider the people you're staffing as I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

How sad the burger meat has been reduced so thin that a piece of lettuce might be thicker. The unique flavor it once had is gone. Very disappointed. I bought a triple thinking I'd get it stacked between reg. bun but no... It was so much buns I had to dissect it before I could eat it removing all the extra bun parts.

Staff not super friendly and deals/specials they are running are not shown anywhere enough. To the point it feels they don't want you to know they have money saving options. They have deals u would have to ask them to tell you because they are not posted anywhere. This is outside and through the drive thru. I can't speak for the inside but i assume it's not much better in that area.

It's good to be able to give this visit a decent amount of stars because most of the time they get it wrong. Actually my last three visits to the Krystal's on East Colonial and Rouse have been pretty good. I believe it's due to the tall slender gentleman working the drive-thru window whom I believe to be the manager. If he isn't, he should be because he's pretty sharp and seems to know how to delegate especially on special orders like mine. Good job!

Place smelled of mold when you walked thru the door. Someone cooking had long hair and no hair net. Bathroom needed some attention and repair but the burgers were good

cold food is never good no one at front counter for five minutes. usually a good place new people are not good at their job

Always love the little hamburgers but its even better I think when you tell them to leave off the mustard. Why do they put mustard on it anyway. The spicy wings are good but next time i need it extra crispy.
