I honestly don’t know how this place stays in business. The lack of management is obvious—there was no organization at all. The staff seemed completely lost, and it took forever to get our drinks. When we finally did, they were wrong and poorly made. The shop was messy, and there was no one around to clean up or help customers. It felt like no one was in charge. Very disappointing, and I won’t be coming back

Save your energy and go next door to mochi nut. Ingredients are out of order. Only one person on shift so if there is a rush you’ll be waiting a while.

I’ve been coming to this location casually for the past couple of years, and as time passes, their drinks seem to get worse and worse. It seems like they are caring less about the store, as ingredients are out of order for days and the floor out front gets stickier by the minute.

I ordered yogurt orange with 50% sugar but they made a passion fruit drink because they ran out of orange. And when we went back to tell them that the drink tastes different, they didn’t apologize and said they made a passion fruit one because they ran out. Idk if they thought it was okay to just make a completely different drink by using the same colored syrup. At least apologize and own up your mistakes. They were super unfriendly and rude… and the drink was mad sweet as a 50% sugar

This use to be one on my favourite places to get fruit tea. Even through delivery but the last several times I've ordered I've had nothing but horrible experiences. And yet, I tried giving it another chance just to be let down again. The issue is that they do not tell you if items are not in stock. They replace your order with whatever they deem is suitable without informing you. IE switch the toppings in your drink, the type of tea used or leave out flavors of the tea you ordered. This most recent time they swapped out the type of tea completely changing the flavor of the item I ordered. I was never notified, and I had to come in myself to rectify the problem because nobody would answer their telephone until the next day. And as per usual, most of the staff is unapologetic about the issues. Simply require you to come in and make the correction for the mistakes staff continue to make. Most are college kids and I get the feeling they could care less. After agreeing that 2 or the 3 drinks ordered would be remade I came in to exchange them. The drink order was made correctly this time however, the flavoring they use obviously expired. Giving a sour digusting taste to the new drinks that I had to drive in to get. I could tell from far away the container holding the fruit flavor was brown and old. After repeated effort to correct failure on this business part I just left and decided not to come back. Happy Lemon and Crunchees Korean Dogs make better fruit tea and have better customer service. They will be getting my business now.

Came at 6:53pm and they’re closed. A worker didn’t want to take orders. Open sign was on, Google says they close at 7:30pm. Their door says they close at 10pm. 😭 Drove an hour and got stuck in traffic for KFT.

I ordered a green tea milk Boba with 50% sugar and it tasted like straight green tea. I don’t have a problem with that, but there was no sugar whatsoever. There were also chunks of something burnt in my drink? Not sure what it was, but definitely what made the drink taste burnt. My friend also got a coffee with milk and it tasted watered down and chemically. I couldn’t finish my drink due to the burnt taste and constantly getting chunks of something burnt and crunchy up my straw that wasn’t Boba.

So me and my kids were craving boba and this was the closest one besides shen tea which was closed, however I wish I would've waited for shen tea to open back up bc I was very disappointed and I couldn't believe what happened to me. I wasn't going to make a review about my experience but since the money has yet to be refunded to my card here I am. So I got a taro milk tea with extra cheese foam and boba, one of my daughter's got the coconut milk tea with cheese foam with boba and my other one got coffee milk with cheese foam and boba, I've never tried mochinut so we ventured over there to check it out and as I was waiting for my Korean corn dog I was sipping on my drink and as I was chewing my boba I had something crunchy in it so I spit it out on my finger....IT WAS A ROACH BODY......i wish i wouldve took a pic or video but i was throwing up and in shock.....I immediately started throwing up and I walked back over to KFT and showed the worker what was on my finger and they nonchalantly said "oh sorry do u want me to make you another one".....EXCUSE ME....why tf would I want another one after what I just found in my drink I think tf not....please just refund me my money for me and my kids drinks bc I sure was not about to let my kids finish theirs either....he/she said that it was refunded and I should see it on my card.....it's still not back on my card. I want to call the health department bc I now looked at some other reviews where a few people said there was something crunchy in their drink they thought it was something burnt but I can't almost guarantee you IT WAS A ROACH OR ROACH PARTS.....this is absolutely disgusting and how they handled it was distasteful like it's not the first time it's ever happened. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

A well made KFT can be the best around, but they’re not doing it here, so sad.
