This KFT is a let down. I’ve been here close to 10 times over the last couple months since moving to Orlando. One time the KF milk tea was excellent, a couple times good, and several times BAD. Last week the boba was inedible, I insisted that the employee try it and he spit it out. Today there was hard black things in our drinks, burnt boba or something? Often the employees just smack these drinks together with no care, not filling them up all the way and it is all reflected...

The drinks in themselves are really well done, and the service was amazing. I just wanted to warn any curious soul- don’t try the matcha sesame. It is really bad, you will force yourself to finish it, and you’ll just be miserable. It might be someone taste- like licorice. But it’s just not good. I do recommend the lychee punch with tapioca- it was really enjoyable.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by David who was super kind in telling me some of their most ordered drinks. He guided me in choosing the perfect drink for my specific likings and was very knowledgeable with the menu. I’d definitely recommend coming to this location and have David serve you!
