3 times!!!! I have contacted their corporate or customer service with 0 response. My chicken was RAW. My broccoli was still hard and starchy as if it wasn’t washed OR cooked. To top it all off an entree and side was $30 which is way too much for the quality and service.

The food is GREAT!Not sure why they ask you for a tip when you order. You get your own utensils, you get your own drinks, your own everything except for your meal. A server brings that and you never see them again. You get your own refills or anything else you need.Not sure how this place makes any profit. At least 6 employees who spend most of their time standing around talking. They don’t have much else to do.They only need one person taking orders, a cook and that’s it. Let the customer get their own food from the cook.There is a sign denoting a free drink for vets. Told the guy that took our order we had a vet in our party. No free drink. In fact when you counted the “tip” our total was $30 for ONE meal and two drinks.Music playing does NOT match the restaurant or atmosphere.Cold in the dining room.Get great food here….just get it to go. We’ll get food here before it goes out of business because of employees’ salaries.Too obvious corporate paid a company to write all the five star reviews. Sad

I really enjoy this restaurant. I order from this place about 1-2 times a week, it is that good! I usually get a bento box because the sushi is too hard to pass up. The crab ragoons are also very delicious. The employees/cashiers are always very nice and make my food very quickly. I also love the booth seating that is available, usually is also very quiet.
I was skeptical about what fast and convenient Japanese food would taste like. As someone who loves Japanese food (not just hibachi) I decided to give it a try. We had tuna kobachi, tuna tartare, miso soup, a salmon skin roll, and yes, steak and chicken hibachi washed down with Thai iced tea.yiu order off a menu and sit down and they bring the food to you. Portions are huge, food is cooked brilliantly. It cost us $100 for 2 people including a 15% tip and while that sounds like a lot, it was worth every penny. We also had leftovers for the next day. If you love Japanese food don't miss out on this gem.

I typically rate them 5, but this time, I just had simple steamed dumplings appetizers, and they were cold (refrigerator cold). They replaced them but I was a little disappointed, especially when the restaurant was empty.

Sushi is fine, but prices are way too high for the quality of food. Asked how much for a thing of fried rice, 6 bucks. The picture is what I got. Places should be ashamed for charging this much. Maybe, someone made a mistake but I get more rice in a kids meal than this. Honestly the only reason to ever come here is to pick up a sushi roll from 4 to 6 pm for happy hour. Anything else isn't worth it.
The food was pleasant. The atmosphere was very lax. Customer service was good .the experience wasn't AMAZING. However, it's definitely something to try out.
