Worst hibachi I’ve had. The rice sucked the veggies sucked the chicken shrimp and filet sucked. I literally didn’t even eat my food it was that bad.

Was craving Hibachi and got exactly what I was looking for. The chicken and shrimp combo was great. Didn't take extremely long to get my food and go. It's probably my go-to spot for sure now.

I’m a regular here and do not normally leave reviews however this is my favorite Sushi bar in Orlando. The Sushi is always fresh and displayed beautifully no matter the roll you order. The restaurant is always extremely clean and the staff is always making sure you get taken care of even if you have odd requests. 10/10

The place is small but the kitchen is open, so you can see your food being prepped. I ordered two chicken teriyaki bento boxes for my kids and a steak salad. The portions were great foe the price and the food was good. My boys enjoyed everything and they took home leftovers. Will definitely come back.

First time here we had miso soup and it was delicious, wish they had a bigger bowl. The
Seaweed salad was amazing too it had a nice spicy kick. The steak and shrimp plate was good. We will definitely come back again.

I placed a VERY large catering order and at first I was a little worried about it because some places give you a hard time. I made sure to place it a week out just in case there were any issues but I was met with a friendly staff, that was eager to help and excited to be apart of our event!
The day of pick up came and I again was nervous because of bad experiences , late orders and orders being forgotten but not KYOTO. I walked in early as my order was being put aside, labeled and the staff waiting! The catering order has been the least stressful part of planning for this event and I’m so grateful!
The service is exactly what you expect to receive and this is why I chose them! I get the same level of care when I spend $10 or hundreds and that’s how it should be! I am looking forward to serving this food tonight, hopefully I don’t eat it before everyone arrives! 🤣

I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at Kyoto Restaurant. I ordered a bento box and wanted to substitute the California roll with an avocado roll. Since the avocado roll is actually cheaper on the menu than the California roll, I was shocked to be told there would be an upcharge of $2.95. When I asked why, I was told it was because they would “have to actually make it” – an explanation that made absolutely no sense, especially considering they’d be making either roll from scratch. This upcharge appeared unnecessary and left me questioning the rationale behind the policy.

The manager showed zero willingness to accommodate my request. With such unreasonable policies and a lack of customer service, I won’t be returning.

The fried rice was a little unsalted, but overall it was all good. Comply.

The food had no flavor the only thing I would recommend were the crab blossoms. The employees were very nice but the food was just terrible there was zero flavor in the ramen and for $60 for 2 ramens, 2 rolls and an app its a great price but not worth it if half of it is inedible.

If you come just get sushi. Everything else is overpriced. The ramen was $17 for beef, and it was flavorless and extremely overcooked. The employees were nice though and the food came out fast.
