We go to the wine and food festival every year. And this place is always a stop for us over the years. However, this will be the last time.Because we ordered a house margarita, and it was the weakest drink. Not to mention absurdly costly. So we complained and the manager came out and just said, well, kind of sorry. But too bad. Take us over to the bartender. Who gave us the same drinks in return from a container that already has the house made margaritas premade. We were told if we wanted it stronger, we would have to do a floater, which was an additional four dollars each. They could have cared less. The bartender even told us you should never order the house.Margaritas here, which is pretty sad that they would say that because any other place that you go to outside of this place, house margaritas are really good. But the lack of concern and customer service has just turned us off.And we will now bypass this restaurant... So sad that customer service has gone to such poor quality. That they didn't even care. And for the prices, they're charging, they should have some kind of customer satisfaction.

Blood orange margarita was just ok. Didn't have to wait very long and the drink was strong. Will try a classic margarita next time.

This is the best bar in Epcot. If you love margaritas this is your spot!! Steer clear of the outdoor places in Mexico, they are not as fresh. Most premade. Worth the wait.

So, I never knew most of the drinks (maybe all) are pre-mixed. I asked for a change of tequilas for one of the drinks and was told they're premixed by the bartender. It's hard for me to justify, then, what separates this place from any other place. I might as well just go to La Choza right outside and avoid the crowds, or even the quick service location around the corner has an amazing pre-mixed margarita and I'm assuming at less the price than this place. Service is great, the drinks are good, but I can't justify waiting in line for something I can get potentially better, and for cheaper just outside.

Tried mezcal with crickets for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Really cool experience. Staff was quick and friendly. Prices are a bit high, but fair given the quality.

Here is my take on the place. If you like tequila and shots this place can be very good. However I think it’s a big overpriced and the margaritas are a bit weak for the price. I do want to comment they have a huge selection of different types of tequila which makes this place very unique.

I went a few days ago, and the bartender was drunk. He told me his name was José Martinez and he was Mexican. He honestly treated me contemptuously, and when he got close to my mouth, he smelled strongly of alcohol. A person isn't supposed to work drunk, especially in a high-end bar. What an unpleasant experience. I won't go to a place where a drunk serves you again.

What was supposed to be a magical day turned into a frustrating and upsetting experience. I approached the bar and was initially greeted by two servers, José and Fran. I needed a few minutes to look over the menu—no more than three—but once I was ready, they completely ignored me. Despite clearly seeing that I was no longer browsing the menu and just waiting, they served multiple guests who arrived after me.
I waited around 10 minutes, feeling increasingly uncomfortable, until I finally had to call someone over to get their attention. Only after a woman (possibly a manager) intervened did Fran come to take my order.
When I went to pay, my husband offered his card, but Fran insisted on seeing his ID—even though the drink was for me and my husband wasn’t drinking. I was already frustrated and just wanted to leave. I ended up paying with my phone using the same card through Apple Pay, which made the ID request pointless.
To make things worse, I asked for a receipt, and Fran refused to hand it to me, saying the next copy was ours. It felt like unnecessary pushback at every step of the process.
I’ve had many wonderful experiences at Disney, but sadly, this was not one of them. I will not be returning to the bar at the Mexico Pavilion, and I hope others have a more respectful and considerate experience than we did.
All of our drinks were premade and they just poured the mix into a glass after waited half an hour to order. For 20$ a drink plus tip, we thought we’d at least be getting a decent drink but they weren’t strong and if we’d known the quality was so low we would’ve just gone to one of the drink stands on the world route and at least gotten something with some liquor in it. Felt like a gimmick.

This place has absolutely cratered in quality since I last visited. The most egregious thing was, after paying and tipping the bartenders, they forgot half of my order. Not once, but twice. Both times they looked at me like I was an idiot for still standing and waiting there, as if I should leave without the rest of my drinks I'd paid them for.
Besides that, seemingly every drink is now premade and poured out of a pitcher or blender they just keep prepped behind the counter. And the quality of the drinks is far inferior while costing a decent bit more than when I was last here a few years ago.
It's really a shame, because Mexico used to have the absolute best drinks of anywhere in the Epcot World Showcase. I definitely wouldn't waste money on any of the more expensive drinks here anymore.
