Tried to overcharge me. They don’t know I speak Spanish.
We came just now to this location, because we love La Fuente in Kissimmee. We have been going there for about 4 yrs and we are treated like family. Everyone is always nice, Karen is our favorite. But today at this location we come in and the lady at the registre said “hola, ahí están los menu”. We were seated for like 10 mins and she didn’t even ask if we needed help, not one word. So, there goes our first and last time. We are not coming here of we are not welcomed. Her phone was more important. Very sad. We are now driving 30 mins to the other location where they care.
There's a surprise 15% mandatory gratuity on orders, even though they don't bring out the food to you. Burger was fine though.
As we were driving by we saw this place and decided to stop for a early afternoon snack. They have a very comprehensive menu. Service was outstanding. The one little sandwich that we got was excellent. The meat had a good flavor and the toppings were very good. We will definitely be back to check out some of the other things on their menu. Definitely recommend.
I understand that it's common courtesy to pay before using the restroom, but all I needed was a quick moment. The atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming, especially when the restaurant was completely empty. I live just down the street and had considered dining in or placing an order, but the condescending attitude I faced when I politely asked, “Is it possible to use your restroom?” was infuriating.
It's painfully clear from the owner's responses to one-star reviews that they dismiss valid criticism with sarcasm and carelessness. This lack of respect for customers is not only disappointing but reveals a troubling disregard for the very people who keep their business afloat.
Place is a joke

Good Latin food place! Above all, breakfasts and empanadas are delicious! With green and malt sauce!! I love it!

This bakery was empty at 2:00p on a Saturday. Reason for it cost. This place is extremely expensive. As soon as you walk in it’s empty and the employees have nothing to do. Not even clean or replenish the empty displays. An orange drink and a Perrier was $8.

Today I went to this place after a long time to see if it had been a previous bad experience or they had fixed their poor experience in customer service. Regarding the empanadas, a total disaster. The girls took it out of the display case, which they didn't even have it on because those empanadas are completely cold, the flavorless meat seemed like I was eating anything but some Venezuelan empanadas. And despite their lack of attention, they charge a fee. It seems like a total lack of respect to me. That's why I'm never coming back.
And the advice I would give them is to leave that place and don't pay. More rent or salary for people who apparently don't want to work.
The atmosphere is boring and you can only hear people talking about personal issues that no one cares about.

The food was bad we had three pabellons the rice was hard the beans were nasty and the pork was old and just fat aside from other items on the menu, service was awful the lady didn't even come to the table to take our order and we had a party of 7.They never smiled or were courteous.
They need to close this place down and leave all these people without employment.they don't need to be in the food industry.
THE WORST.
The food is very expensive and not at all good, the medium coffee seems small and very expensive. I told the waitress I wanted my drink after the meal and she brought it before. I mean they don't listen to the customer and the service charge is very bad, their menu is expensive, very bad food with no flavor and good Latin Sazón and to make matters worse you have to pay the waitress' salary and leave additional charges.

Too expensive for quality of food. Ordered breakfast for one, latte and 2 empanadas. I balked a little at the twenty nine dollar charge but was still anxious to taste it. Arepas 5/10, cake-like with no taste but was fried perfectly. Eggs were 8/10 scram bled with onion and tomatoes. Beans 5/10. A bit sour on its own but would be good on rice. Latte 5/10 was not as strong as I would like but did have a good froth and was pleasant to sip on. It was an underwhelming breakfast that left me unsatisfied taste wise. But...the food was fresh and cooked well but lacked taste. The restaurant is very clean and the server was pleasant. It's in a corner of a stripmall that you have to drive around to get to. You will not even know it's there unless you know about it.

My experience was not the best, when paying the system asks me if I want to tip and I answered no, I had not received any assistance, and they still charged me 15%. I did not authorize the payment of the tip nor did anyone provide me with the service. It is a total deception, if they are not honest they will continue to lose customers, neither I nor my family will return to that place. Too regrettable.
I didn't like the horrible food at all and they sold quite expensively, I wouldn't go back again.
