In attempt to save a lousy experience from a restaurant down the street, we came to La Granja, it was pretty good when i came alone a few months ago.I entered and ordered whole chicken, fries and salad. The salad wasnt bad, the fries were good, the chicken was unfortunately cold.I brought this to the attention of the young girl up front, and she said she couldnt do anything about it since we began to eat. I was a bit more firm about wanting it replaced, after some bickering amongst each other they grabbed some chicken from a stove behind the drink cooler and placed it onto a plate, i was excited! Finally some fresh chicken, boy was i wrong, they immediately tossed it into the microwave and told me itd be right out.Honestly, if this is the best La Granja can do than, unfortunately your only way to success at this location is being held back by the service and level of attention to your product.Ive had la granja at other locations and it has been good, unfortunately today did not leave a good impression.

The service is really getting worse at this location.. Been coming here since this location opened and now it’s awful.ROACHES can been seen and the service is terrible. The staff is unfriendly and they are obviously prioritizing Uber eats orders before in-person customers.Try the Semoran Location. It is much better

The good was good but lately they've taken inflation way to serious. $32 for a steak with rice and bean it's outrageous and unacceptable. Won't go back
