Not worth the cost

Food was bad with weird menu options. I ordered something similar to chicken fajitas but got instead a bowl of chicken smothered in cheese with some finely diced peppers and onions. Chips were stale. Weird tasting salsa was not good. Ate here years ago and liked it. Disney you can do better for the high prices.

Ordered the Alambre De Res. The sirloin was mostly unchewable fat and a few pieces of artery or veins. Server never came back until our group was finished eating, showed him, and he said he would tell his manager. No manager came, paid for meal and left. Way over priced, no chips and salsa unless you paid, feel ripped off. Horrible quality and value. Only reason I gave 2 stars is the other entree's were passable.

Atmosphere is nice, right by the water. Service can be improved quite a bit, same for the food. Definitely over priced compared to the other Mexican food options available right next door. This place I wouldn’t recommend. Didn’t have good experience. Not kids friendly.

This was honestly the best dining experience I’ve ever had.- Food - everything everyone ate was fantastic. I personally had the corn bisque, the ossobuco and the churros and they were all incredible.- Service - our waitress was phenomenal, extremely kind, accommodating our kids special requests and getting our food out quickly. Everyone we encountered at the restaurant was great!!- THE FIREWORKS - HOW IS THIS NOT A MORE RECOMMENDED SPOT?? We literally had a front row indoor seat to the whole fireworks show without having to camp out next to the fence to see it. It was amazing!!!There were no cons. I will return every time I am at Disney world. Highly recommend!!!

This was our first time eating here and the food was way over priced for the amount you get and it was very bland. We ordered 3 meals and an appetizer and the bill was $150 before tip. The fact that a stuffed pepper with rice and beans cost $32 is absurd! Also $32 for three tacos is also absurd! If the food was good then it may have been worth it but it was lack luster at best. We’ve eaten in other countries in Epcot and the food was flavorful and good portion sizes. We wanted to eat at San Angel Inn Restaurant but they were full and they recommended this place. What a let down. Tijuana Flats has more flavor in their food than this place. I would not recommend. We don’t mind paying this kind of money for good food but it really wasn’t worth it.

We went to have dinner at the restaurant. The atmosphere is really good, you get to see the lagoon, if you’re lucky you can see the fireworks show at night while eating. The food is good. The service wasn’t that good. The server forgot about us and another person had to take care of us.Also, something weird happened. We got charged for the bill which is ok but we noticed that the server (he reappeared at the end) assigned his tip without telling us and we didn’t signed our check to approve the transaction. The manager told us that it was because of the annual pass discount but I don’t see that on any of the Disney policies.

The food here was delicious, the flavors all complimented one another and we tried a variety of dishes. Nothing was over or under cooked and waitress was very friendly.

Way overpriced! They charge you for chips and salsa. The chile relleno I ordered is literally stuffed, with rice, and a few black beans here and there. Not worth the price. The margarita was too sweet! Sorry, but, nope.
