Our server had terrible customer service. She did not introduce herself to us nor did she check up on my table while we were eating and it was realllllly slow so there was no excuse as to why she couldn’t. She had a “i dont wanna be here” energy. Only know her name is Caro due to the receipt. She also did not care to bring more water so we had to ask another server who was kind. She also failed to let us know there was added gratuity, which was probably the reason she didn’t care for the service she was giving. As for the food, we ordered 2 ceviches that had either way too much lime or vinegar? The birria tacos were alright. And carne asada tacos that were not good at all so we asked at the end (with the plate still full, only one bite was taken to determine that it was disgusting ) to just have them take it off the check and take it back and they said they can only do 50% off because we didnt let them know in the beginning. Which we probably wouldve let them know if our server came up to check on our table. Will not be coming back.

What a pleasant restaurant. So thankful we stumbled upon this one. We came in with our service dog and were greeted with a big smile and felt so welcomed. What a warm hostess, waitress and the rest of staff. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone with disabilities. They are so accommodating and so gracious. Food is decent.. service is good but the ambiance is so annoying.. the different color light rotating gave me a headache . Not only me, but my friends they were there. They couldn't really enjoy their food because of the lights it was changing to red to green to blue to orange.. it was distracting ... the decoration is all over the place to have things hanging from the ceiling just it's just too much going on. Also, my girlfriend ordered a coconut margarita and she told me it did not even taste like coconut. Then my other girlfriend asked to see a drink menu and they were like no we don't have any. It's an open bar. I'm not saying not to go there, mind you this is my third time there, not by my choice. Thank god I had good company. I think we will be celebrating birthdays somewhere else from now on.

I must say that unfortunately the owners and the cook are exploiters and scammers since they take advantage of undocumented people to exploit them in the kitchen area, they say that they will pay an amount and then they lower you up to $4 for each hour when charging them. they pay an amount per day
