This place is okay. Not many selections to choose from. They’ve updated their menu and their website doesn’t reflect the change— which causes confusion for the staff and guest. The good thing is that this location is convenient for guest staying at the hotel.

Other than that I’d recommend going somewhere else.

Good breakfast spread and my hubby liked the omelet but nothing stellar for the price paid.

Food and service were very good but they ran out of some of my order and did not tell me until my food arrived.

I tried the steak fries (medium) with mash potatoes. Chimichiri sauce was a little weak. Steak marinade was good and cooked well. Mashed potatoes were buttered with a light garlic. Paired togethered made a flavorful meal.

Booked this for my mom's birthday while in Orlando for the holidays. Pilar and German were outstanding and the epitome of above and beyond in every aspect. The entire staff acknowledged my mom and the kids were entertained. Furthermore, the staff immediately recognized parties with kids have limited time and were quick to get us what we needed. I'd return here in a heartbeat.

There was a huge drama between two guests bullying and being racist to Summer for reality she was on tick tock with 264,000 people they did not know who she was but I recognizing her they were asking to tell her to be quiet but you could tell the daughter had issues mentally and then when provoking her security was called they were found in the right and continued the whole dinner bad mouthing her while staff joined in laughing and other table around it was sad to see and handled badly loud causing everyone passing to stop standing in front of are table as eating staff handled it poorly and did security

Christmas dinner was supposed to be something special with our granddaughter coming in to share it with us and it being my husband‘s birthday. It was anything but special.. we arrived on time for our reservation was dressed appropriately, and as we were led through the main dining room that was decorated for Christmas and very festive we were then lead past the buffet and down into what I would call the dining basement. At this point, we were seated in a corner with no linens on the table in a very empty un festive room. The table beside us did have one table cloth on it, and i it had not been cleaned during our whole meal. No one was ever seated downstairs nor did they attempt to clean the table beside us. It was like we were exiled from the festivities that we're going on up in the main dining room. One of the things that I cannot understand is why the party behind us was seated in the main dining room. The food was mediocre, and when we approached the hostess that set us and ask why we could not have been seated in the main dining room. She only said she was sorry and shrugged her shoulders. Then, when we approached the manager, she offered an inexpensive bottle of wine to accommodate for this. With the name Hilton you expect better than this. This was supposed to be a very happy festive occasion and it was totally ruined. This was supposed to be a happy celebration wonderful memory!! And this experience did not come close!! At this point I can not see at some point us looking back and laughing about this. It is not excitable to made to feel as you are not acceptable or less than others!! I went back to our room and sobbed privately because of the way they made us feel!! This is a special occasion that the staff ruined!! A memory that can not be erased!!

The staff were friendly however, the food was not what I expected from the advertisement. This was a Christmas Buffet and the prime rib was cold, the other items weren't much better. We took it in stride though...we didn't expect the Four Seasons at a Double tree price😂 We generally don't do buffets but decided to try it out. Lesson learned.

First time to try their Christmas Buffet but was not impressed. I have been to better Christmas Buffets.

We had a reservation for a party of 11 for their Christmas Day Buffet. When we arrived, they had us seated indoors and upstairs (food was downstairs). Our reservation stated outdoor/patio and with my 90 yr.old father we said that upstairs would not be possible. The hostess said she would need to speak with the manager to make the change. They made the change and we were seated out on the patio. Our server brought water and never asked us if we wanted anything else to drink. Later during our meal we asked if we could get coffee and his response was, “I'll have to brew some or you can go to Starbucks” pointing out the Starbucks nextdoor. The food was poor to fair. Some items lacked any seasoning and while the dessert menu stated pies, cookies and cakes, they only had pies that appeared to be store bought.

Food seemed pulled from the all you can eat buffet and slapped together...loose scrambled eggs, cubed ham, shredded cheese on a sliced croissant, deep fried potato cubes. Slow service both in seating, had one hostess, and food delivery after ordering. Could have served it up much quicker from the buffet line. Pricey as well. $14 for a breakfast sandwich, $15:for an American breakfast, $27 for the buffet. Best part was the omelet station. Was the only game in town as we Uber 'd from the airport and no other breakfast nearby.

Food was cold and not worth the value. Will not come back here for thanksgiving. Might be ok for regular dining, just not specialty dining.

The family style meal for Thanksgivin was not what I expected. I was disappointed. Not sure if the restaurant was low of staff for the holiday but the waitresses was very slow bringing out the food and not bringing out enough food for the amount of people. Food was brought to both ends of thr table but nothing for the people seated in the middle. Family style maybe more appropriate for a smaller group and the food advertised on the menu was not provided and the food was not hot.

Loved the pop up concept very much. Service was a little too fast - not done with appetizers and staff came out with main course. The meats being carved table side were not kept hot/warm and so cooled down to cold during service. Salmon and the accompanying sauce was delicious. Pumpkin pie also delicious. I would return and tell them I prefer a better timed service and inform them about temperatures if that occurs again. This was a fixed menu with back to back reservations which I appreciate however, it is still possible to keep regular standards.
