35+ minute wait for a poke bowl and fries when the place was empty. Had somebody arrive at the same time who received and finished their lunch with time to spare before my food arrived.

Poke bowl was tasty but the French fries were room temperature…

Also, 18% gratuity was already included but I didn’t see that on the menu so that was an unwelcome surprise, especially as a party of 1.

What a great restaurant food is very good. I’m really enjoyed the flatbread. The salmon was incredible.

The breakfast bar was underwhelming. The food was served cold, and while it appeared clean, I wouldn't consider returning. It was also significantly overpriced.

I am giving 5 stars because of Victoria (waitress) and Elizabeth (chef)! There were amazing 👏🏾 🤩. These women are a great asset to this establishment! The food is not great but I came back for the service!

The breakfast buffet is epic and will leave you full almost all day. Also, everyone treats you like family! Shoutout to Pilar, she went above and beyond for our family at every meal! Will be back!!!

Had a great experience at Laguna Restaurant & Bar during our stay! We ended up dining there three times and enjoyed every single meal — even though we didn’t get a chance to sit inside, the food and service made up for it. The salmon was perfectly cooked, the Caesar salad with shrimp was fresh and flavorful, and the chicken quesadilla hit the spot. Huge shoutout to Manny for the excellent service — attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend if you’re staying nearby or just looking for a solid meal with great hospitality!

EDIT: I just downgraded the review from a 5 star to a 4 star before even getting up from the table.

BE AWARE: I was dining as an individual, not a party of 5, 10 or 15. It didn't matter, a 15% tip was included on the bill. I generally tip 20%, but them forcing a tip does not sit well with me. I ate here yesterday and tipped 20%, not knowing that 15% was already added in. I'm here for 5 days and won't be back to eat at this restaurant.

The Laguna restaurant was highly rated and recommended and when we checked into Double Doubletree, we got some much-needed lunch and the food was so good. We decided to have dinner there and it was amazing.  the staff was friendly and efficient. The food was great and the subtropical atmosphere is amazing.

My wife and I have been here a few times when we have stopped off in Orlando.

The food was not all that. The tacos and pastelijos were amazing! But the wings were horrible! Not crispy, and it was cold. The drinks and bartender were fantastic; it was a great place to have some good drinks. Our waiter, Helen, was awesome! Very friendly and outgoing. Attentive and responsive!
