Shrimp appetizers were empty, someone needs to keep an eye if it needs refill. Some people just took everything and it was never replenished. There are only 2 dessert varieties and almost gone. Again, someone needs to be assigned. Overall, food was good. The pasta was incredibly delicious which was freshly cooked. I had the Alfredo. The steak was luscious and tender. Our waiter was attentive and the music was delightful.
Dinner was just ok. They had a prime rib carving station, but no au jus and no horseradish. They had a pasta station but it is normally an omelette station so they had omelette ingredients not ingredients you would find in pasta. They had a very small charcuterie platter but it was just cheese and meat with spreadable cheese and an olive tapenade but there wasn't any bread to use with it. The sweet potato casserole was great but the rest of the food was seriously lacking....
I felt like the food wasn't trying to be worth the $30 a plate breakfast that it was. Eggs - watery sausage - bland you get my drift. All 2 people on a $75 (coffee and drinks) bill plus tip for a breakfast that might as well come from a public school cafeteria is not worth it.
