I mean the food was prepared so well and so delicious, even the Aksan was amazing it felt very nostalgic. I definitely recommend coming here with your family.

Went to celebrate a friend for her birthday. Food took more than 3 hours and the order was not complete. The food that did arrive was cold by the time it hit the table. The worst part is that it ruined her whole night.

Love the restaurant atmosphere. The waitress was a little bit young but nice Not very intensive to us. It was my sister birthday and she live haitian food, . We waited 35 to 45 minutes for our food we were the only one in building the food came to our table very cold Except for my sister Laguime seafood mix Everything else was cold. But the food was tasty and well made. If it wasn't for that, I will be very upset. No waitress should serve to Customers food That is not up to par. Sunday 23, 2024 6:30pn. The food was tasty and priced well. The service was not great and our food all came out at different times which is not the point of dining out with a group of people. One of our persons food took an hour and by the time it came out she was full from snacking on everyone else’s food.

We went there Friday night ordered fish $50 it was too small but good. The ladies that were there lack friendliness.
We went back today again (Saturday) around 4p. The young lady that was there was superb, professional, friendly. She was very attentive, a people person. Laughed at my father's jokes and made him feel special.

My recent experience at Lakay Restaurant and Lounge was nothing short of delightful. We decided to host a graduation celebration there, and it turned out to be an exceptional evening, largely due to the efforts of Nisha and her team.

Of course, the highlight of the evening was the food. Each dish was expertly crafted, bursting with flavor and showcasing the culinary talent of the chefs at Lakay. The marinade added a depth of flavor that elevated every bite, while the Tassot was a true standout. And let's not forget about the black rice – it was so delicious that we found ourselves going back for seconds.

What truly impressed me, however, was the level of service we received. Nisha and her team went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, allowing us to relax and enjoy the festivities without a worry in the world.

My friend had her son's graduation party here and the food was amazing, there was so much food, they catered to our every need. Everything was amazing, except the stairs to the party room for children and the elders going up and down.

I attended a graduation party at this restaurant this past weekend and all I have to say is not only was the food excellent, but everything from the ambiance to the service with a smile was outstanding!!! I am from New York and will be visiting this area in July. I will stop by the restaurant with my family to enjoy dinner one of the days that we are here for sure.

We celebrated our friend’s birthday on Saturday and had a wonderful experience. The service was great, very delicious Haitian food, great prices and selection for beer, good amount of food for the price. The servers were very attentive and friendly. Very clean bathrooms. We’re already recommending them to everyone. And we’ll definitely go back.

We live in Orlando and we were looking for a good Haitian Restaurant , and we found this one on line.
The food is great, but the sweet plantains are horrible, they are too thick and not fried very well . We will definitely continue to go there, but they have to do better with the sweet and salted plantains.
