Absolutely the worst service. Took over an hour to get the food. When the order was initially taken, I was told that it would only take 25 minutes. Mind you, it was only about 7 people in the restaurant when the order was taken. When I asked to cancel my order, they wanted another 5 minutes to get the order together.

Ordered sos pwa blan, ended up getting sos pwa nwa (black beans) instead. When I asked the lady in the front if they had it over the phone she told me yes. Wasted $26 for burnt wings along with the wrong bean sauce type. No type of apology was given when I went there instead she stated a sarcastic aww we don’t have that when I asked once I got there. It was too late for me to even get my money back because I already swiped. SMH never again just don’t

During Thanksgiving, I didn’t have time to cook Haitian Mac and cheese for a Friendsgiving, and thankfully they were able to provide a 1/2 platter hot and ready within hours. I was beyond happy with how inexpensive it was as well as delicious, and the service was great as well.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! The food was disgusting, 10 wings with one side of dipping sauce is insane. What am I suppose to do with one dipping sauce? Not only that, but they were tossed BREADED wings! How can you toss breaded wings? If you want wings i just recommend going to a wing house instead, a total waste of money!

I called at 8:30pm to see what time the kitchen is closed and the young lady told me 9:45pm my bf and I got there at 9:20pm and the door was locked and I can literally see a lady just standing there. We literally drove 1hr30min just to get there, I find it disrespectful and very inconveniencing for them to have locked the doors 40mins before closing, after telling me on the phone the kitchen closes at 9:45pm. That is just terrible customer service.

I’ve usually order the most popular Haitian dish, legume with white rice and black beans. Don’t get me wrong their food is good but sometimes it’s a miss. The white rice are usually served dry and hard as if it undercooked. Also, the color of the legume usually be a bit dark. So, it makes me think they serve sitting out/older food. I usually place my order during dinner (around 7-8pm) moments before closing hours, so I could be a factor why I’ve been receiving unpleasant food.
