Favorite place to go for Chinese New Year!

Probably the worst service ever at a Chinese restaurant. And the food was meh! Felt like we were not welcomed at all. The two lady waitresses were ok but the guy, omg, probably hates his job.
We came on Chinese new year day, as a tradition we normally have dimsum. Ordered steamed chicken feet, which needed another 5-8 minutes to cook so the bone/cartilage is easily eaten. Stuffed eggplant came in a bowl rather than on plate and were soaked in oil! Ordered charsiu pastry initially but asked to switch to egg tart before they send the order to the kitchen, he then said they do have charsiu pastry, why change? I said I changed my mind, my son wants the egg tarts now and especially the order is not in yet, why can’t I change item?
Asked the guy waiter for some chili sauce for the shrimp dumplings, he said it’s on the table, I confirmed we only have chili oil on the table, can I please get some chili sauce, he said that’s all we have and walked away.
I mean, it is Chinese new year day! The attitude we got from the guy waiter is not appreciated nor is appropriate to the occasion.
Super disappointed with the service and the food quality. Will not recommend

We came in from Chicago to meet with relatives for dim sum and to work on the family tree - find my roots project I am working on. The dim sum was as good as what we have in Chicago, a major Chinese hub in the Midwest and one of the few growing Chinatowns in the country. The roast duck was tasty and well done. The staff really friendly and helpful.

Today I went to this restaurant with Prime Timer group. We all chose lunch specials. The price is very fair, no complaints. But the soup and rice and entre dish were lukewarm, not hot.
We love Lam’s Garden and look forward to each visit. Quality and price beyond reproach!

Great place to enjoy dimsum and they have many kind of dim sum option. The service are not that great and the food is alright compare to other dimsum place I been to. There a hair in one of mine dimsum dish so I let the owner know and she took it ou and take a look at it. Then she think that it no a real hair. I should record video and send it to health department. So becareful before you eat so you not swallowing any hair . Overall , not great place for me to be back.

The absolute worst food I’ve ever had. Came last night and got Mongolian beef and general tso’s chicken. Entire place was empty, should’ve known. Both plates were left behind full. The chicken tasted like It went bad and the beef that was served was no where near Mongolian style and had the weirdest texture. The chicken that was served tasted that It had been sitting out all day and was going rotten by dinner time. My family and I left the entire plates of food there, paid and left to go eat somewhere else. This is no where near good Chinese food. Absolutely horrible. My water cup had black stuff floating in It and When I asked for another, same thing. Did not even take a sip due to concern for health. Like the cups had mold in them. We told the server the chicken tasted horrible and she made no effort whatsoever, just an “okay”. Could never even pay me to eat here again.

We were visiting Orlando and decided to try this place for some good Chinese food, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. First off, the dim sum we ordered didn’t taste fresh at all—they were clearly frozen. The shrimp dumplings had a terrible smell, and the shrimp inside seemed rotten. The short ribs were tough and hard to bite, and the steamed rice tasted like it had been sitting around for days. The rice noodle rolls were also poorly steamed, with visible white, solid parts that should not have been there. Despite all of this, the waitress seemed to think everything was perfectly fine. It’s hard to believe this place has a 4.0 rating. I won’t be coming back and this is, without a doubt, the worst dim sum I’ve had in the US.

We had the best dim sun lunch today! The selection for a weekday was incredible. Lots of authentic options including soup dumplings! We also ordered Bok choy and an order of beef noodles that was gigantic to share. The staff were so helpful and friendly. our son and his service dog were warmly welcomed!
