My family and I definitely enjoyed our time. It was my first time there but they had been before. The snow crab legs were juicy and delicious. The seafood platter was awesome and the Landry salad and gumbo was out of sight. Of course we will be back!!

Understaffed and unremarkable . Waited 20 Minutes to have a server even acknowledge us, 30 minutes to get a glass of wine . If the manager hadn't stopped over we would have left - hope they can get their act together z.

Half of our food was sent back for quality issues. Service was slow compared to tables around us. Drinks not replenished in a timely manner.

Our waiter never came back to get us more drinks and they were very short staff. My steak came out undercooked and they legit took it and microwaved it and it came back rubbery instead of just re making me one. The whole dinner didn't really seem worth the pricing which is sad bc we try to come yearly when we're in town and idk if we will be back as this dinner was not worth $300 for 4 people. This is first bad experiance there which made us so sad bc we love this place. My husband looks forward to the king crab legs and said that they just didn't taste the same or seem worth the price anymore.
Everything was AWESOME but it got loud in the restaurant where it was difficult to have a conversation without being in the other person's face 😳
