Great ice creams, service not great with the line being forced to wait outside in the heat? It doesn’t open until 12pm, not that this is clear anywhere! Disney could make this far more profitable, very odd really.

This is a popular ice cream parlor tucked away in the France Pavilion. You get 16 flavors to choose from, and is served in a ‘gelato’ style. The service was quick with our orders, but the cashier had a loud voice level.
I got two scoops of Raspberry Sorbet. The texture of the ice cream is smooth and creamy. It also had a good fruity flavor to it. Although the price point is high at almost 10 dollars, I would still recommend if you need a way to cool off on the summer.

The icecream was mid at best, and the cashier was able to make the order wrong for 3 different people. One of which had to pay 4 dollars more than they should of.

Gail is super rude and awkward, she should not be working with guests at the front counter!

Terrible service. Workers are taking the french character too seriously as they seem to purposely be unpleasant and rude.
The Croque Glacé is really good. Ice cream scoop pressed inside Brioche buns

The line is long, and for good reason. The servings are pretty good size, and this was genuinely the best ice cream/sorbet I have ever had!

After spending a wonderful day in epcot, Me and my family wanted some ice cream. We stood in this Super long line, then we i got to the counter, the person who was taking orders looked at us in a rude way and said, cup, cone, or bowl..single or double. I was so confused. She didnt even explain what she meant. after I paused for a second she told us we had to make another line to pick the flavors. This kind of threw all my disney happiness to the curb for a moment because of her attitude and very different from how everyone else in disney had treated us. everyone that was working there yesterday evening had a serious face, no one smiled, they just looked miserable. The ice cream wasnt even that good, and after that poor service it just made me nautious. do not reccomend.

Great ice cream, but poor service. You ordered your size in one line, then waiting in another to tell them the flavors.

I don’t often write reviews, and I’ve never written a poor review. But, we all spend so much money at Disney, I figured I would try and save someone $10. The croque glacé was not good and a supremely large waste of money. The brioche was not a sweet brioche but more like a hamburger bun. With an ice cream that lacked flavor (Carmel fleur de sel aka salted Carmel) it was just a semi warm not sweet bun with flavorless cold ice cream. There are many other dessert options in Disney. We personally loved the pretzel bread pudding in Germany. Next time I will have the crepes in France!

Honestly not worth the wait. Ice-cream was ok, I didn’t finish it. Staff wasn’t friendly even though you’re in Disney. Long wait time and unorganized system.

Terrible service, rude employee threw all the topping on my daughter, as we don't speak English, we asked for topping and she couldn't explain that it was liquid, so as an act of anger, she poured the topping all over the ice cream, dirtying all of their tennis clothes and their hands, and after complaining they simply said to use paper to clean it...absurd, I don't recommend the place because Disney is a dream place especially for children and that doesn't happen to anyone, much less a child...
I've come here for the Ice Cream Martini a few times. Always a yummy treat.
