Extremely overpriced with a long wait. When we asked for an ETA, we were met with rudeness and told, “You have to ask the other lady, I don’t have time.” As someone who strives to be kind and respectful, I didn’t deserve to be treated that way simply for asking about my order. I honestly wonder how these employees maintain their jobs with that attitude.

menu has no prices at all. i ordered a breakfast sandwich with ham & avocado added on. it was $24….. then it took 16 mins for the sandwich. i didn’t get it until i walked to another section to make it obvious i was still waiting. the ham is lunch meat & i didn’t get my avocado which was $4 😤 wouldn’t recommend this spot.

Avoid this restaurant and pick any other at the airport. On top of an already way overpriced meal they force you to pay an 18% or more tip to the person who microwaved your food and bought it to your table. I’m all for giving a good tip for good service, but this is outrageous. Their app has no way for you to change the tip amount And if you don’t pay within 20 minutes, they force you to pay 20% tip.

Food was decent. Prices were overblown even for airport food. $21+ for SIX wings is ridiculous especially when the best adjective to describe said wings is “ok” and the wait time was long for appetizers/starters. Their QR code payment service is also kind of crappy in that it forces a tip at maybe a minimum of 17%, it will not allow you to customize your tip amount. So order and pay in cash at the cashier if you can. Drinks were good so that puts it up to a 3 star service for us. Can’t say I’d be interested again in $21+ wings. My recommendation is to try out the circular food court before you walk down towards the gates where this restaurant is. More bang for your buck.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich, bagel, bacon, and cheddar.

Got on my plane and opened the bag to find wonderbread with white cheese and an egg lol. Bag had my receipt with correct order on it, but $20 for a 15 minute wait as the only person there for the wrong breakfast sandwich is a bit much.

It was fine for what it was but won't be going back, not that I'm in Orlando airport often.

Coffee was fine

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Server was very nice but the food is terrible and they force you into tipping 18%, 20% or 22%, even though you have to place your own order. No option to leave a cash tip. Will definitely avoid this restaurant because of the deceit in our implied contract.

Stephanie that works early is one of the most pleasant and efficient retail employees I have ever witnessed. She deserves a big hug.

The greeter was great, the lady who came into the empty restaurant to tell me that I had to sit at a hightop when I had just sat down to look at the sunrise... unreasonable. Would like to get my tip back for the coffee.
If the restaurant is empty there was no issue. Maybe just a polite request, if needed (the restaurant was less than 10%). Otherwise it comes across as rude and impersonal as was the intent of the comment.

3 times ate there before my flights.
2 times got sick. Last time about a week aho I ordered breakfast they almost ruined my vacation. The eggs were so do bad i had inly 2 bites and I asked my girlfriend to taste them she almost threw up.
We send the whole breakfast back told the. We don’t want them and we didn’t want the money back (they did refund us)
Food is really bad and not cheap at all.
We went to the flight after there and i got so sick in the plane I thought i was going to passed out.
They really need to hire different chef or get better suppliers or better quality food. I got really sick in Colombia. The 2 bites of eggs i ate from this place were bas really bad something was really off with those eggs I almost finished in the hospital,
I gave this place 3 chances but this is my last. Never gonna be back to this place.
