Great selection of Latin style dishes. Every entree comes with so much food we ended up sharing. There is a dinning area here but most people were taking their food to go. They do have large screen TVs all over the restaurant playing sports and news. Staff was super polite and even with our language barrier we received fantastic service. Food is not expensive. There is plenty of parking available next to the restaurant

First timer here and I went to the drive thru, the lady was very helpful she did not speak English well however she was very patient and pleasant. I had the pepper steak with white rice and macaroni salad. The price was very reasonable for the amount of food I got, I could have fed 2 people. The food was good. I will come back and try them again.

I walked in at 6 pm to pick up food for dinner. Asked the lady serving, what a specific dish was. she said it was Beef. So I ordered and left the store. As soon as I got home and opened the container, I noticed it was greasy pork instead of Beef. I called the store to let them know that I will take the food back to exchange for beef. No one speaks English, so with broken spanish, I tried to explain and I was ok. I drove back from home to the restaurant again and the same girl, picks up the food, go to the side and laughs with the guy who worked there. Comes back, empties the pork back into the container where they serve people and in the same box, puts two pieces of meat . I looked at her and was at amaze that she empties the food that I touched back in the container where everyone is getting served. Then I told her can you please put the food in a new container, as it is leaking everywhere. She gives me a dirty look. Then I decided to go ahead and go to the cashier and ask for my money back. No one spoke english there. One guy was behind the counter which I am not sure if he was a vendor or a someone who worked there. I tried to explain the situation to him and he agressively shut me up, instead of trying to apologize and try to make the experience better. Instead he was agressive and said """YA, SHE SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE THAT" FOOD IS HORRIBLE IN THIS LOCATION, SERVICE IS DIGUSTING, COLD AND LOOKS LIKE ITS BEEN THERE FOR DAYS. MAYBE JUST MAYBE HIRE ONE OR TWO WHO ARE BILINGUAL, SINCE THE STORE HAS NON SPANISH SPEAKING CUSTOMERS AS WELL.

Pros: the food was incredible. Portion size for $15 is enough for two large meals. The workers are fast and friendly. The atmosphere was pretty loud but everyone there was in good spirits. There are several televisions that were displaying sports. Cons: Literally no menus anywhere. You HAVE to know what it is you are ordering or just point like I did. Only one of the workers spoke English so it was really a struggle to go through the order process. If I'm ever back in Orlando, I'm definitely coming back!
