Lee and Ricks Oyster bar never disappoints for delicious Oysters. Everytime I come to the Orlando area I have to stop by. It is my favorite Oyster place in the area by far.

Good atmosphere to hang out and have a beer. I got the seafood platter and was highly disappointed with it. With comparison to the seafood place across the street from old town. This is bottom of the bucket. Service was good though or our server was.

All the seafood is frozen except for the oysters. So if you like fresh seafood, thos not the place except for the oysters. Fish, shrimp, and clams and crab cakes are frozen, and they taste like it, too. The seafood basket is a joke. Take your 25 dollars. some were else. I think Cap Ds w/be better.

Clam basket $16.95....Gator basket $18.95.....l thought it said $12.95?....bucket of baby steamed oysters $15.95 one soda.....one wine....$94.00 was the total ....the waitress was awesome but the prices were too and the meals looked like they came from a WalMart freezer....We got duped....WWE don't recommend them and won't be back.!!!! On one of the reviews it's saying a bucket is $40.00....something ain't right...I didn't have my check....so by the time I got home and looked up the prices??? I was scratching my head...I did leave more than an 18% tip...$20.00....I don't blame the waitress...but the owners duped the customer for sure.

WOW Raw oysters in a ice bucket!! The size may not be large but the portion is good for 3. It really is great service of them hand opening the oysters. not to mention the whole restaurant is decorated as a ship, the place is nice and chill.

As the Talking Heads said "same as it ever was"! I've been going here for more than 20 years. I give the service and the atmosphere 4 stars because it is for the type of place you are going to. Some "foodies" may complain yet as you'll learn, Lee and Rick's has been open for 50+ years and in that same building. No frills. More like a dive bar than a simple family restaurant. You can only get buckets of oysters at the oyster bar and seating can be limited. I always go there for buckets and realize that sometimes I may have to wait at busy times for a spot. There is plenty of table seating and there are options other than oysters but that's their bread and butter. The shuckers at the bar are always hit or miss personality wise yet good at what they do. All of that is understandable because they are doing their job. Tip accordingly for the service and more for great attitudes and conversations while you eat if it's quiet enough to hear yourself talk at night on the weekends.Keep in mind that a bucket of oysters is $40. With 2 or 3 people you're looking at about $90+ for two buckets and non-alcoholic beverages. On average we eat 2 to 3 buckets yet I've been there with three people and only had 2. The restaurant is never gouging you. Traditionally it will be the lowest price in town for oysters which are at market price. If 2 people are there to eat other options the price would be well under $90+.
