They don't even deserve 0 stars. It's the Haitians who cause Haiti will never change, we are evil, we buy a chicken for 24 dollars, we cut 2 chicken thighs into 3 pieces each and give it to someone for all that money, we should be ashamed of ourselves. All Haitians should avoid Lily's, not our time or our money.

Too expensive for no reason not enough food I don’t recommend

Called to place a pickup order...Why did this lady just quote me $40 for a small griot? 🤯. No it was a misunderstanding bc I clarify I wanted a small with a side of rice and she said 40 🥴. I asked if this was a special sacrificed pig and she said yes 🤣.

I went here since I was 5 and was the first customer the food is so good you can’t even hate

The customer service skill here is awful when placing an order over the phone. I think it needs improvement. Patience would be one of them.

The woman with the bracelet in her hair is as happy as the forgotten donkey in the garden. Mom, there is no customer service at home, she talks like an idiot. If you need a lot of customers, put them in front of you. He doesn't know how to talk to people period. The. Food is. Good. But. Because of her attitude you will lose a lot of customers

Worse of the worse you could have in Country side of Haiti certainly. I brought half pan Pintade. I was with a friend and wanted to eat there. She gave me one ustensile. When I asked for another one for my friend she declined it and told me that is not the way it happens there. Then completely ignore that I was talking to her. I know haitian businesses are bad in service but no one can beat this one. The service there is the worse I have ever experienced in haitian business. I will spare you the other two times I had to cancel an order because talking to them was a complete madness. At the end, I know I will not step foot in this place anymore.But thank you for all those pintade that I brought from you guys. You just don't deserve my money anymore.

Worse customer service experience ever. Zero respect for customer. I called to ask about the menu she hang up on my face. If i could give zero star i would. If you're in need of Haitian food go to Kalalou restaurant, Saudie's restaurant but avoid this place at all cost.
