Great food. Perfect location to eat and then walk to the Cinema... theater... Orlando Magic or MLS OCSC Lions game.

What are you talking about? We got there and the restaurant was “closed for renovations”. No one called us. Now you want feedback. I already replied to thei original reservation.

We arrived at this location at 5:30 to grab dinner before the UFC Fight. By 5:45 we were seated. Fast forward to 6:15 and we were never even seen or acknowledged by anyone, server or manager, and we finally got up and left. What made matters worse, was two other tables were seated after us and had servers come by their table within 10 minutes of being seated. I'm also upset that the server who was handing tables RIGHT NEXT to us never even bothered to look at us. Horrible experience and we will not be back.

This place was terrible. So much so that I'm writing the only review I've ever written on here. It stated with the hostess not being able to seat people quickly. There was a queue not because it was busy, but because they simply couldn't figure out how to seat patrons in an empty restaurant. The food quality was just meh. The only truly horrible thing the 4 of us had was the steak. Overcooked and bland. You could seriously do better with a foreman grill. The cous cous was the only really good thing. Friend mozzarella was 3 pieces of under fried mush. They clearly didn't have their oil hot enough. 2 of our party had salads. They were just okay. I had chicken parm. Again, it was okay but not as good as essentially any neighborhood pizzeria can make. Everything we had was worth maybe half the price. My wife ordered wine and, 50 mins after our reservation started, I ended up having to go to the bar and get it myself, only to find out they were out of Malbec. The replacement Pinot tasted like it had been sitting out for a looong time so we swapped it for bottled beer. The waiter didn't act on getting the wine until he saw me at the bar ... then he went into a frenzy trying to find the wine. I discovered they were out before he did. The only bright spot was the old fashioned I ordered. It was one of the best I've ever had. Whoever made that needs to strike out on their own because this place failed in almost every conceivable fashion.

Had to come on here and mention the wonderful service my partner and I from a new server named Yari. She was very sweet and made our experience nice. They even remade a togo order because I ordered it too early and it got cold. What great service shout out the manager with the short hair and glass!Chicken tenders were delicious also had their teas hand selected by their tea box!Awesome vibes! Definitely coming again.

They list vegan options on the menu. One option was not vegan at all and includes cheese. Be sure to ask questions if you have allergy concerns. Tried the crispy cauliflower and that was good.

We went there because of the happy hour and asked the waiter which beer is included for the happy hour. When we get the bill, we where really surprised, because the bill was much higher. I complained it and at that time the waiter wasn't seen anymore and just send us the manager. She told us that it was our fault and there was not even an accommodating. really bad customer service. Thank you for nothing!

Waiter told all Beers on Menue are included in the happy hour. After receiving the the bill we figured out some are not included. Manager was not very friendly courteous. Really not the best customer service really sad :(

I wish I could give an honest review of Haos, unfortunately they called me two days before my birthday brunch reservation to let me know they are cancelling my reservation because they have “a private event” scheduled now and will need to cancel. No apology, no offer to reschedule with a promise to make it up to us ...absolutely NOTHING. With the short notice, I was unable to secure a new spot for brunch. Needless to say, this is no way to run a business and create a relationship with customers that can become regular patrons (my family and I visit the area to dine and take in shows, games at least twice a month if not more), we will not be choosing to spend any of our $$ or time at Haos.

Loved our fried mozzarella appetizer, however a bit underwhelmed with the entrees. I had the chicken parmigiana and it was really soupy. Flavor was great, but I couldn't get over how much liquid was in the dish. Maybe that was intentional, just not what I had expected. The other entree was the overstuffed ravioli. Again, flavor was there however nowhere near “overstuffed”. Drinks and service were great. Miss the original version of HÄOS with the entertainment and a bit edgy vibe. Without that it really makes it more of another restaurant in Orlando with nothing extra special to make it stand out.

We always enjoy coming here before a concert! They always can fit us in! The food is always amazing!!!! The workers are always extremely friendly. It just seems like busy or not, the wait time for food and drinks takes a longer time. It could be that they are understaffed, so go in having patience and consider being there overall another 30 min more than the usual. Enjoy!

Really wanted to love this place but it's just okay. We dined in pre Broadway series and there were only a few other guests in the whole place. We sat in a booth and the seats were hilariously lower than the table. We moved to a high top at the bar and froze because we were right under an a/c vent. We ordered two specialty cocktails and three appetizers. The drinks were good... and cheap at happy hour pricing ($8 each) but nothing special. The food was a complete let down... just average bar food... not terrible but nothing to go out of your way for. The one positive was our server... he was efficient and kind and did a great job. He's the reason they got three stars and not two. Maybe we caught them on an off night?

Well I really liked this place last time we were there. So we decided to invite friends. I can't remember how long ago, but it definitely has changed. There are 3 items in each section of the menu. Not many options. Got the buffalo chicken sliders. They have more breading then chicken. The other choices didn't look appetizing to any of us. Had the hummus for an app, which was good, but who could screw up hummus. Service was great but we were one of 2 tables on a Saturday night at 8pm. Ambiance is great too. Really miss precovid church st. If this is how they are trying to revive it I guess it's dead forever.

Came here for the first time for Sunday brunch on my fiance's 30th bday and we looooved it! He ordered the crab benedict breakfast (his only complaint is that the portions were kinda small and he's a big guy), I ordered the fried chicken and waffles (the waffles were some of the best I've ever had!), And we ordered some Irish coffees which were also very well-made and strong! Our server was super nice (I forgot his name) but he had really great customer service, and I highly recommend this place! We will most definitely be back when we want brunch again! Definitely worth the money spent!

We hosted our 40th reunion this past weekend at Haos. The event was the perfect location and brought back many wonderful memories for our class. Mark was very helpful in making sure our event was a success! The staff was friendly and everyone had a fantastic time. Thank you HAOS!
