Lisbon Portuguese Cuisine

I just visited this incredible Portuguese restaurant, and from the moment my family and I walked in, Roberto, our server, made us feel truly welcome and at home. He was attentive, efficient, and very knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations that made our meal even more enjoyable.

The food was absolutely superb—honestly some of the best Portuguese cuisine we’ve ever had, far better than many other Portuguese restaurants we’ve tried. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor.

What really made the experience unforgettable was Roberto’s exceptional service. At the end of our meal, he remembered that I had mentioned it was my daughter’s birthday earlier. He came to our table without us even asking and sang “Happy Birthday,” which was such a thoughtful and special touch.

Roberto truly made the difference and elevated our entire experience. We can’t wait to come back!

I found the prices at this restaurant to be quite expensive. What was more concerning is that the menu had prices crossed out and replaced with different prices written on top, which felt confusing and unprofessional.
Additionally, the menu did not clearly state that a 20% gratuity would be automatically added to the bill. This charge appeared on the final receipt without being disclosed beforehand.
Customers should be clearly informed of any mandatory service charges before ordering. Transparency with pricing is very important, and unfortunately that was lacking in this experience.

This place is fantastic. Everything was very fresh and well made. We had the red sangria (not too sweet, really tasty), broiled octopus (fantastic texture and wonderful taste), cod fritters (creamy, tasty, and crunchy), salmon (perfectly cooked), chicken Marsala (also perfectly cooked!), desert was ridiculous! We had the Doce Da Avo (just insane), and flan (great texture and good flavor).

The server Beto was great! He showed up at the perfect time each time, great recommendations, and just an all around pleasure.

We enjoyed our dinner here. We easily got reservations, granted it was a Wednesday but it was busy. Never experienced Portuguese food before, but we hope to visit Portugal soon so we wanted to try. This seems authentic with the team here and hearing the patrons sitting nearby! Our server Robert was excellent. We took all of his recommendations and were not disappointed. The Pasteis de Bacalhau was DELIGHTED. It was light than expected. I had the Arroz de Marisco. Mark had the Octopus. The Doce da Avo dessert was light and delicious. Definitely try this place!

Everything was great !! Only criticism is there was no portuguese beer. You have to have some Super Bock or Sagres

We came here with a group of friends for the second time. The food was again extremely good as well as the service. Carla was super attentive giving us recommendations and serving our table. We will definitely come back!

On a $300+ dollar bill if the waiter “Gives” you a desert to try. But then adds it to the bill. It feels scammy.
In Portugal the waiters do the same thing but they don’t charge.

The food was pretty good but I won’t be back. Enjoy your extra $8

Great food with wonderful service l!!!!For me is like a little bite of home since I am Portuguese !!!The servers and very professional and attentive!!My server Roberto D was very nice, attentive and a pleasure to talk , also it helps when the server speaks Portuguese and English !!!Always a great experience specially today since is Valentine’s day and I happen to be celebrating my wedding Anniversary to!!!!!

if you are like me, that love portuguese food, this is your place. Genuine portuguese cuisine in a pleasant setting proper for families, group of friends or a date. They dont offer hard liquor but have a good list of portuguese wines.
I have been going to this restaurant with my husband since they opened in 2019. The food is fresh and really good. We have invited family and friends and all liked it very much.
The servers are very courteous.
