Usually a good location but they totally got my order wrong. Ordered pretzel crust pizza and it looks like they cooked regular pizza and then threw salt around the edge realizing they didn't make it with the pretzel crust. Disappointing to say the least.

I asked for jalenpenous on the side for my pizza. They have done this many times in past. Simply charge me for the topping and put it in a plastic container like the ones for their sauce. They said no we can't do that. So I suppose they don't want to make extra money for toppings that I would like to have on my pizza, but prefer to put them on myself. They actually told me, that to order it they would have to put it on the pizza and run it through the oven. I am contacting corporate about this. It pissed me off so much that I'm just done with them. I have been coming to this location for 10 years at least once a week. Done! So done!

Stood at register for 17, yes 17, minutes before any of the 9 staff I counted asked if they could take my order. THEN... Pizza was dry, had clearly been Hot N' Ready for way too long.
My complaint is for the owner or the company supervisor, How you can have only one employee working on a Sunday on a Holiday Weekend.. He try the best but I had to wait 20 min for two pizzas and a bag of burning bread sticks.. He had a huge line doing cashier, cooking, cleaning..

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My daughter went to get us a pizza and arrived at 10:05, they close at 11. She calls me while she’s there and says “‘mom, they said they’ve already cleaned the kitchen and if we went then to make a pizza it’ll be over 30 minutes. Should I wait? “
I was going to just place the order for pickup online but I only had cash, the estimated wait time was 10-15 minutes.
My daughter is non confrontational and felt like a burden so she ended up leaving, I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. He said he was speaking. I asked why he would be closing down and basically turning people away an hour before they closed at 11. I told him what my daughter had told me and he said “ that’s not what I said, I said we are really busy “. I said “ oh, really, so you’re calling my daughter a liar? “ to which he replied “ yeah “.
My daughter would have just told me they were busy, either way she was waiting for my answer on whether to wait or not, she didn’t need to make up that the kitchen was clean.

From the moment I walked into Little Caesars on Curry Ford, the guy at the side counter looked like he didn't want to be there. He asked what I wanted, so I ordered my food, which the whole time the dude has a pissy look on his face, I try to ignore it. Waited for for pizza, when I got it, it was wrong, I said something, and the same guy said I had to pay for the pizza if I wanted it. Absolutely insane. Why am I paying for his mistake, and another pizza, because he didn't listen to what I was ordering. The name on my receipt is Chris M. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. All because he probably was mad he had to work on Sunday, is no excuse to treat customers that way. And not to mention the crazy bread sucked it was super dry and cooked to long, and the pretzel pizza wasn't all that great either.
