Being an Orlando local and resident. I've come to this Little Caesars many times as we all have. This evening was above and beyond. The FOH staff is built from something that every Little Caesars should aspire too. Keke in particular, courteous, knowledgeable, professional. Walked me through my questions quickly and answered with precision while helping maintain a top notch quality of food.

Order indicated it was picked up as soon as it was finished. I never even got the text that it was done. Called and no one picked up the phone but the place was completely dead when I got there. The guy running the front said probably door dash took my order and the best he could offer was a refund. Sure seemed like a bunch of kids handing orders off to their friends. New staff, new problems. Too bad, this used to be a good location.

It’s a little Caesars…! That Sunday night crew took care of me. It seemed like there were tons of orders online & in person. Those 3 gentlemen had the store cleared in 30 minutes.

This place never has hot ready pizza ready. Doesn’t matter the time you go they never have anything ready there’s always a wait.

No stars. Do not ever order delivery from this place. Delivery is provided by doordash. I ordered delivery for me, my roommate, and my daughter. The delivery driver didn't speak any English. A 2 liter of Pepsi was forgotten. I told the driver that it was missing, and at first, he denied it. Then he checked his phone and saw that there was supposed to be one. We communicated with hand gestures for me to call, and it would get sent out to me. I called this store and was told by an employee and a manager that they could not do anything, but I could drive up there and pick one up. After being adamant about wanting it delivered, they gave me a number to call to resolve the issue. The number was for the Little Ceasars customer service. The first time I called, it hung up on me. The second time they told me that they could not do anything except give me a refund. I had to drive down and pick one up. My food was cold by the time I ate. And no compensation for my troubles was offered.

Came on 8/24/24 at 1024 for the man to tell the lady standing by the door we gonna open at 11 not 1030 I drove from where I was at which was 30 mins away to get hot and fresh food that I couldn't get cause the restaurant was late coming in is not a me problem it's a y'all problem. Makes no since. Then you can see the guy messing with trash while messing with the prepping of the food smh. I went the guy was sitting on the table, where the food is placed at and the lady was touching the garbage can and putting the cheese and tops on the pizza.
