Every time I order I pay for 2 sauces and it always comes up missing and they charge me for it, unfortunately this brand's commitment to customers is horrible, we call and get on chat, they don't want to cancel our order and they don't refund our money, the brand has lost its commitment to the customer, be careful

Didn't receive half my order, when I ordered through the app. I normally ordered in polk county but was visiting Orlando and and ordered with the one on hoffner. So disappointed and still haven't received my refund.

The Italian cheesyy bread wasnt cheesy and had no butter nor flalvor and our 4 pizzas were all doughy. Never going back. And apparently no one spoke english to understand to make it well done. And they took over 20 tbyy en mins to make. The female with glasses is rude to people. No customer service skills from any of thee workers.

Confused, slow, unorganized. I usually don't order from little Caesars, and I won't anymore.
The best bussiness card of a food place is it's product. (In this case Pizza). This visit was because of its TV promotion on the Pretzel Crust pizza. Ordered Two to Go. Three customers ordered 3 to 6 minutes after me, they were served first before me, and left with their order in hand. *They made Only one of my pizzas, So I had to wait additional 10 minutes for the 2nd pizza. On top of that, No Pretzel Crust, (SEE PHOTO). *No cheese in the doe's edge as advertised. This place requires an additional associate to aliviate the work load. The girls were trying their best, to no avail. * By the way, the first Pizza was well prepared, ingridients were balanced.
