Little Caesars Pizza

After waiting almost 15 minutes this is what I received. So disappointed. The amount of grease applied took away from the quality. So saturated the breadsticks were flat and soggy.

Little Caesars thin crust pizza is a win every time. Crispy, flavorful, and not greasy at all. Perfect balance of sauce, cheese, and crunch. Fast, affordable, and always hits the spot when you want good pizza without the wait.

All employees have dirty nails. Never wear gloves. Always touching their body parts and the whole store is dirty.

This is my husband favorite place just for something quick. They do take a little long but it always come out good. Just please learn how to cut a pizza its always coming out sideways

Kaylee was the woman who helped me with my order over the phone and offered me a great deal that really made us want to order she was very nice and very kind and provided great service I will always come back because of her service !

3 separate times i got either completely wrong pizzas, one of the times it was literally DROPPED. I'm usually very laid back, but when I asked for some sort of replacement after 3 separate extremely subpar pizzas, I essentially got told tough luck. I even tried to compromise with just giving me half off the pie I was planning on ordering. Never coming back here again. Make sure you check your food every time you come here if you decide not to heed my warning. There's plenty of other places who actually care about maintaining quality and providing good customer service. But not here.
Literally just witnessed them almost give someone else the wrong pizza as well. Good thing she checked.
To sum it up, just find somewhere else to eat.

They Always Forget Something and then lie about it. Like tonight which is Friday October 3rd 2025 and they told my driver for Little Caesars delivery with doordash that the sauce is in the box and there's no sauce in the box! I even opened it up and showed them it wasn't in there. Unacceptable as this place needs New People that really work in customer service. Cause with The Slices and Sticks it comes with crazy sauce. Don't lie and say it's in the box. There's no room for it in the box.

August 27, 2025: I am DONE with this location. Whoever is working there cannot read and/or follow directions. Even though my order details were clearly printed out (whole pepperoni and extra cheese, 1/2 mushroom), my pizza showed up WITHOUT pepperoni and full of mushrooms. My son does not eat mushrooms so how is he supposed to eat dinner? I called customer service and all they do is issue refunds. They don't require a corrected pizza to be delivered. So, now I have to make a whole new order with another restaurant and my son has to wait longer to eat. Thanks a lot. This is the second time they've screwed up my order. Just close the location and put something else there at this point.

July 28, 2025: I don't have issues when I go to pickup my order. But the quality control tonight for my delivery order was off. I ordered two large pizzas and a 2-liter Pepsi. When the driver arrived, he had no soda with him. When I mentioned it, he said they didn't give him a soda. I wasn't about to drive over there because that's not the point of delivery. So, I called the help line and got a refund. Now, my son and I have dinner without the beverage we chose. They need to pay better attention to the details of an order.

🚫 Terrible experience at Little Caesars 🚫
The employees here have zero respect for customers: they yell, mistreat people, they’re extremely slow, and even give out the wrong orders.
A place like this doesn’t deserve anyone’s money or patience.

👉 My recommendation: never go to this location. There are plenty of other places where at least they treat customers with respect and get the order right.

Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 12:15 p.m., I went to pick up an order and I had never been treated so badly there. The clerk was in a terrible mood and had a very bad temper. It's incredible that just one person could tarnish the reputation of an establishment. Could they give her a big intensive course on good customer service? Would that be possible?

Ordered online, it was supposed to be ready, when I got there they had given my order to someone else. Will never order at this particular location again.

Hot and ready nothing beats it. Simple
