I just left this establishment and the cashier had the rudest attitude. Every question that i asked she frowned her face and said “WHAT” as i was aggravating her to do her job. I paid for extra cheese and did not get it. As I’m walking out the door. She follows behind me and locks the door. It is currently 9:40 and the establishment doesn’t close until 11pm. I did not get name but it’s Monday night 3/23/26. Everyone needs their job but check this chicks attitude.

This is the worst little caesar’s order i’ve ever had they are advertising that if they don’t offer us crazy bread they will give us a free one. I had ask them if i can get my crazy bread but they said no and then called me a slur.
The employee working the register claimed she had already offered it, which was not true. When I tried to explain that she hadn’t, she responded with a slur and then walked away instead of helping me. I then asked to speak with the manager, but I was ignored.
While I was in the store, I also noticed other kids receiving similar attitude from the same employee. At first I thought they might have been causing problems, but after experiencing it myself, it seemed like the employee was just being rude to multiple customers.
I felt the situation was handled very unprofessionally and disrespectfully. I hope this location can address the issue so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

This is the worst little Caesars I've ever had. We bought a cheese and pepperoni pizza and got crazy bread combo with it. The pizza looked and tasted weird and the crazy bread was not edible. I Would have taken it back if I could.

I only come here because it is nearby but the service is super bad, the last couple of times I waited 10+ minutes before they even looked at me so I left twice.
Before that I had old pizza as “hot and ready”.

I love lil caesers, but seriously only this location is horrible. Their is maybe only 2 or 3 people that can speak English, always get my order wrong, gets my name wrong, the pizza is always not cut good even though I tell them to cut it good and she just agrees like a deer in a head lights. Only reason I go here is because its 5 minutes from where I live. I tell myself just drive 15 minutes to the other store. I am so fed up with this place. I hope they close or get under some new strick management

Each time it’s been a different excuse, “we’re transferring them to another store”, “they’re discontinued”, “there’s no button for them” it’s wild bro.

This location has gone downhill fast, only one (maybe 2, didn't see the other worker)employees working, the pretzel stuffed crust pizza was nasty, and not just the crust, the entire pizza was nasty like little Caesars use to be good now it's just not edible I had to throw the entire pizza away. Also they almost forgot the sauce that comes with the pizza, i had to go back inside and ask for the sauce. There's a pizza hut not far from this little Caesars location that has way better pizza then this place.
Took a long break from here because the pizzas have been overcooked. Tried it again today after a year and we get a few bites in to the thin crust pizza and noticed a large piece of PARCHMENT PAPER inside my pizza... tried calling the store and was put on hold, then they answered the phone and put it down so it would stop ringing. You could hear them...
