Little Caesars Pizza

This is the 3rd time I ordered Italian cheese bread and there is no Italian garlic sauce on it just cheese and bread. I’m just going to take the extra time to drive to Marco’s pizza next time.

Lately this location has been just awful. We thought maybe just a bad day here and there, but, it’s gotten consistently just terrible. Lazy pizza making with not one fresh made order. Looks like they took a regular cheese pizza from hot and ready and tossed pretzel salt on it and put it in the oven over cooking it. Came out very dry and we couldn’t eat it. Luckily the crazy bread was ok. Please retrain the kids to make orders without taking shortcuts that take away from quality. Fast work doesn’t mean good work if the quality is this bad.

20 minutes for crazy puffs ….. staff is inconsiderate

I went there yesterday before closing. I asked for a pepperoni pizza and bread sticks. There was a young lady in the front with dark long hair and glasses. That was at the front register. She told me that she was only serving what was in the hot box. I asked her to please make the breadsticks and she said no, they were closing .I told her I was inside the store before they closed, she should make my order. I asked for a manager and she told me she was one of the managers. I asked her for her name and she refused to give me her name. She told me with an attitude that she did not have to give me her name and told me to get out of the store. This is the worst customer service ever, not only did she did not make the breadsticks she was very condescending and rude and did not give me her name. I even asked why she didn’t have a name tag and she stood quiet. I asked if she was really the manager bc I don’t know of any manager that will refuse to give their names. She knows that what she did was wrong and did not want to give me her name so I would not complain on her. This is unacceptable and terrible customer service. I was already in the store my order should of been done but they had the kitchen clean and ready to close before closing time.

No one cares in this place. My order wasn’t even ready at promised time as they lost one of my pizzas. No appology, not one thing except- you have to wait ten more minutes. The other pizzas were getting cold as they had to wait and had been sitting out on the counter until I mentioned they would be cold by the time the one pizza was done.
Will not return.

The stuffed pretzel crust is amazing. Little Caesars is delicious, fast and the price is right!

Tonight’s complaint starts with having a really bad day. After work, I came to Little Caesars to order a fresh cheese pizza, and a freshly made Italian cheese bread. I wanted to be included the sauce for the cheesy bread. The young gentleman with an earpiece in his ear, obviously did not hear me. Left a tip on top of the order.. If the earpiece is a distraction or a hindrance, maybe the staff shouldn’t wear them.
After getting home, this is what my cheese pizza looks like. Hardly any cheese in the center. Highly disappointed in the overall experience with this store.

Bro, it doesn't take 40 minutes to make make a pizza just to get it from a dude with attitude when I have seen he stand still the entire time I have been here.

Absolutely Ridiculous
We ordered a pizza for pickup, then found out we had a flat tire. We tried for 2 hours to get a hold of someone who actually works in the store to change our order to delivery. We were willing to pay the extra costs too and we left a tip as well. We kept getting patched to a random customer service rep who also couldn't contact the store. So yeah, we paid about 15 dollars for nothing.
