In the last six months, I have placed two very large catering orders. The delivery service was on time, and all the platters were well-displayed. The food is always fresh, and the portions outlast the hungry staff. The personal service that I received from the owner, Jeff, always exceeded my expectations. He is in constant comminutions with updates. I will use them for all my client luncheons in the Orlando area.
Food was ok...service was very slow, the staff was overwhelmed, they did not want to engage with customers in the store, the phone was constantly ringing. There were storage boxes piled up in the dining area. Chicken was dry. Soup and gyros were good.Parking: The parking lot directly in front of the restaurant is very busy. There are more spots across the street.

So I’ve been here before and it wasn’t bad the first time. Decided to come back for 2 pitas. First off the service is horrible. It took 30 minutes for the order to come out all while watching the staff sitting in the back on their phones. The place is dirty and only one person was up at the counter making all the food. There are better, more authentic Greek restaurants nearby . Don’t waste your time.

Their Gyros, Salads, Meals, Desserts, Service and Staff are worth traveling there and enjoying Lunch and/or Dinner. The French Fries are ok, but have had much better.12/2023 did takeout for 3 of us at Alafaya Restaurant. Got home and so disappointed, meat was cut in chunks and not in slices and portion of meat was much smaller. If this is the new trend with the increase in price, I need to look elsewhere for a good Gyro.I visited monthly.

I usually enjoy coming here as the food is quite delicious. However, on my last visit (12/6/23) I got two cannolis and ate one that was fine. The second one tasted very unusual; almost like a chemical taste. Upon further review, there was mold in the middle of the cannoli. Who knows how long it's been sitting there, and if the first cannoli was safe.
