The "restaurant" because I do not consider this place a brewery, had 4 different entities inside. A grilled cheese shop, a vegan shop and a poke bowl and vegan dogs area and the "brewery". I went specifically because for the brewery, they had an almost empty fridge of choices. The man behind the counter who worked for the grilled cheese area, was every nice and he explained to us the 15-20 taps were not working all they had available were the cans in the fridge. There was only about 6-8 options of about one 6 pack each. Definitely an interesting experience, I wish it was explained to us the beer potion was closed considering there was no bartender/ person that worked for brew theory.

For a contract brewer, not much variety on tap. It was dead, and it appears the only thing worth visiting was grilled cheese restaurant inside. Not worth another visit.

Two stars because beer was good. Bartender was late. Sat on his phone with earbuds in our whole visit. If I owned this place I would want to know so I could start looking for new staff. Grilled Cheezus staff was friendly and helpful.

Watch out for management. The only reason they are getting a second star is because my initial experience was quite pleasant, beer selection was good and Grilled Cheezus was delicious. BUT, the bartender had to rerun our card, something went wrong with the machine (no big deal) - a week later I realized we were charged twice, again not a huge deal, it happens. I dispute with my bank. HERE IS THE ISSUE - The management from Brew Theory literally sent my bank copies of the two identical receipts (charged two minutes from each other) and claimed that they were two separate purchases. So they are either completely incompetent or intentionally trying to deceive and double-charge. I got my refund for the duplicate, but will not be going back. That is sketchy.

OH BREW THEORY IF I HAD ONLY KNOWN. So I have never done this before, but I am going to not review this venue, but my experience finding it. I promise if you get to the end of this story you will understand and find my experience as amusing as I did. Earlier in the day from my hotel room I was searching breweries on Yelp and I came upon Brew Theory. After looking at some old reviews and pictures I decided that this would be my adventure for the night. FORESHADOWING. Since I could not find any hours of operation or a phone number on Yelp, I decided to google it. I found a website which was just as unhelpful. No phone number, no hours of operation, just a contact form to fill out to contact them. Now at that point I probably should have known something was wrong, but I was Thirsty. So I decided to check it out and I could get the hours of operation and the phone number when I got there. So at 7pm when my meetings were done I decided to start on my adventure. The map ap said it was only about a 25 minute walk and it was a beautiful night so I started to walk. The journey took me under the Highway underpass, through some streets under construction and through an area that were it not for the good lighting I might have rethought my decision. I finally arrived at the entrance which is a back street next to a hotel. I honesty don't remember which hotel, but I walked through the parking lot of the hotel to get to the brewery's dock entrance. The lights were still on and it was pretty well lit. So I walked up the ramp to the door, looked on the door and the sign read, "Hours of Operation Monday-Friday 11am - 7pm Saturday- Sunday 12pm - 7pm. All I could do is smile. I had started my journey right when it was closing. I can only surmise that either the brewery just brews beer or the name of the tap room attached is why is on the sign. In any case, no beer here for me this night.

I came here to check out Grilled Cheezus (you can see my review on them separately), and ended up having some beer while enjoying my meal. Brew Theory is located right on the cusp of downtown. Their location is fairly large with plenty of seating inside, as well as bar seating. They have TV's scattered around as well, so perfect if you're wanting to catch a game. Brew Theory brews their own beer and has plenty of their own options on tap, as well as guest taps! I had Brew Theory's hazy IPA when I was there and it was absolutely delicious! I'm definitely looking forward to trying out some more beers next time I visit. They have a partnership with Grilled Cheezus, located right inside of Brew Theory. You can enjoy some beer and grilled cheese all in the same place! Who doesn't love that!?

Brew Theory is located downtown a couple of blocks from the Amway Center. The Livingston paid parking area is right across the street Brew Theory. This makes parking very convenient and if you are attending a Magic game it is not a bad idea to enjoy some pregame time at the brewery and later walk to the Arena. Parking is about $15.00 in the Livingston parking area and $20 at Amway. Brew Theory has great atmosphere and good tasting local beers. It's small but cozy with a nice bar along with high top seating areas combined with a couple of couch like areas. It's a nice place to hang out for awhile and socialize. If you get hungry they have tasty sandwiches available.

We were actually out to try Grilled Cheezus (see my separate review for more info on that) which is inside of Brew Theory. Since I was there though, I decided to try a beer with my lunch. I ordered the Florida Bird. The beer itself was good. It had a nice flavor and I'd try other brews here. The decor is cool and it's a clean and open space. It just didn't have much going on. It looks like they do offer trivia some nights and they have a few board games you can use if you're hanging out. Granted, it was lunchtime so maybe it picks up more at night. I'd try it again some evening if I want to have beers rather than just popping in for lunch.

The Devil Wears Ciabatta is the kinda grilled cheese sandwich that'll have you questioning whether you should just swear off all other grilled cheeses altogether, out of respect and sheer reverence for this superior product. Beer selection is phenomenal, the staff is delightful, but that grilled cheese tho. Sandwich of the gods.

Super cute new brewery! Very friendly peeps and good beer! Check them out and check out their delicious grilled cheese options!

Great new place to hang with friends and enjoy really good craft beer made right there at Community Brewhouse! Loved that we could watch the brewing while we tried some of their beer which also deserves 5 stars!

I don't know.... the place looked really cool. It's a Friday night at 8:30pm and it's not busy at all. My friend and I sat at the bar and saw three staff members working. Kind of just sat there for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement or anything. We are literally two out of the four sitting inside this establishment. I get if it's busy, I've been in the industry... but the three were just conversing by the POS system the whole time. Just got up and left. Shame because I heard their grilled cheese selections were pretty good and wanted to give business in an area that people don't really know too well about. I'm not much of a one star reviewer and love giving credit where it's due.... this was a shame

Looked for a local brewery to visit. Walked up from my hotel. The map sis that they were open until 10pm. Arrived about 10 minutes ago and they are closed!!!
