Loading Zone Philly Steaks

Came to Orlando while on a business trip and decided to try this place because of the strong reviews from coworkers and Google.

I ordered two sandwiches and drinks through Doordash for a small group. The sandwiches themselves were decent. Overall I was satisfied for the price, but as someone coming from Houston, they didn’t really stand out compared to what we have back home.

What turned this from a decent experience into a frustrating one was the drink situation. I received a call saying they were completely out of drinks except for Sprite. I agreed to the substitution, assuming they would at least make up for the missing Coke and bottled waters with a couple extra Sprites or something comparable. Instead, the employee insisted they couldn’t replace the waters because bottled water costs about a dollar less. That felt unnecessarily petty. If a restaurant runs out of basic items that were already paid for, the priority should be making sure the customer still has a good experience; not nickel and diming over essentially two bucks.

Overall, the food was okay, but the handling of a very small issue left a pretty poor impression of the customer service.

Haven't been to the downtown location since they opened up the Winter Park spot. That one was showing temporarily closed on Google so we went DTO. I must say the meat was not as seasoned as were used to. I actually had to add salt and pepper to it. But other than that same quality service were used to. Maybe they were just having an off day.

Omg ordered mozzarella provolone and white cheddar chz...barely ANY cheese on my philly...paid extra 3.00. We order 3xmonth and this was the WORST!!!! Tried to call, phone rang and rang with no answer. Probably won't order again!!!! Do yourself a favor...pass this place up if you want to get what you pay for!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

After hours choice…Philly steaks are delicious and Eduard and Jordan are extremely kind and good cookers.The burger was also very good.
They also have takeaway choice and delivery.

Best meal I had in Orlando. We were coming back from the Magics game and passed by just for a quick meal before going home. Turned out to be the best meal we had in 5 days. The concept, the tastiness, the sympathy, everything was amazing. Major shoutout to Edward and Jordan that run the show so well even with a full house. A must visit if we ever come back, and an obvious recommendation for the ones we know that will visit Orlando.

Loading Zone has been going downhill for months, ever since they sold out to a new absentee owner. Menu changes, increased prices, inconsistent staffing, long wait times. Today they failed to open. RIP Loading Zone

Place looks run down. Beat up and dirty. They sell discount coupons online. Then when you get there and try to use them. You have to wait for the staff to call the owner and ok it. Like? The food was mid.

This place used to be my go to for lunch, but over the past few months pricing was going up almost every week with service in declining downhill.
It was today when it got to the worst service ever. I waited almost 25 minutes waiting for my sandwich and when I asked, it turned out that they forgot to make mine. I saw people coming after me and have their food and leave. This is not even the worst part. There was no apology, no empathy. Just a cold reply that we can refund you. Very disappointed
Side note: price increased from $20 last week to $25 today

Used to put it at 5 stars, but I had to lower it. Food is really good, but it takes a while for it to come out. Ive tried calling ahead so many times to place an order but no one ever picks up. One time I went in person to order during their open lunch time hours, and the manager said he had just got in so theyre still closed. The few times I was able to wait in line for food it was really good; its just not worth the wait and hassle of poor customer service. Not a single person can answer the phone literally ever?
