The experience was EVERYTHING. I mean 5 stars isn’t enough, I had a 10 star experience for sure. It was me and a friend’s first time coming here and everyone was kind and helpful.
The staff explained the menu and their offerings - we didn’t feel rushed (the place was packed) and they took time to make sure we understood everything to order what we needed. I am a creature of habit and a white mocha with half and half is my go to drink and it was made to perfection, so much so that I got a to go order to have on the way home.
I also had a turkey and prosciutto sandwich that melted in my mouth. It was warm and the sauce (epic). We had good seating. It was wonderful and I’ll be back.

Best cold brew I’ve ever had! From someone who is a big fan of Starbucks cold brew this place puts them to shame! Would recommend to anyone!

The most condescending coffee shop I’ve ever been to. The workers were there. There were 3 of them. No one even acknowledged me when I was at the counter. Carrying out their own conversation with no care for the customers. Finally I made my order. Then there were several others. They made the coffee for them and here I was waiting for 10 minutes. Then I had to go back and ask for my coffee and they didn’t even know what I ordered. If the owner wants this shop to survive they better hire some people who care about the customers. They all feel like they are doing me a favor when they make my coffee. The coffee is nothing to wrote home about. There are several great coffee shops in orlando. No need to endure bad customer service for mediocre coffee.

The vibes are good, flavors are good, but the coffee is grainy/has a sediment in it. I got the mint, lavender, and honey latte, iced with oat milk.
I walk in “Let It Happen” by Tame Impala is flowing out the speakers. Who doesn’t love Tame Impala.
The cashier is so cool, I mean super cool.
She directed me to some good drinks.
All three come up to $20 (WIN)
The environment seemed very chill and they are super fast.
Zero complaints from me on my end.

Just visited Lobo’s Coffee in Winter Park and had an unexpectedly terrible experience. From the moment my wife and I walked in, the atmosphere felt off, and the employee at the counter was noticeably rude. This was our first time visiting, as we don’t live in the area, and we simply wanted to try their coffee.
When we ordered a made-to-brew coffee, we were abruptly snapped at and told to “pick a flavor,” with a tone and attitude that were completely unprofessional. No customer should be spoken to that way. If this is the level of service being allowed, it reflects very poorly on the management of this establishment.
The interaction made us uncomfortable enough that we chose to walk out rather than spend our money there. This was our first and definitely our last visit. Businesses succeed because of their people, and based on this experience, the wrong people are representing this brand.

First time in.. we were asking the difference between the French press and regular brew. We literally got yelled at by the girl taking our order. Wow truly in disbelief, in all my years I have never met such a rude person in my life. Will never return and neither will anyone I know. I’ll make sure of it. Reporting this business.

Overall we really enjoy Lobos. Their coffee and atmosphere make it a great place to stop in on a Sunday morning. The only “con” we have is that since the new management, no effort is put into getting food/drinks to people sitting outside. Previously, they would call your name inside and then also outside so people would know when their items are ready. It may seem like a minor thing, but the little effort means a great deal to those who choose to sit outside.

You can see that he not only takes pride in his coffee shop but also in providing quality customer service. I was extremely impressed!
