Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando

It was my birthday weekend & my fiance was trying to make it a romantic, yet fun get away. After a 4+hr trip, we went to check in. My fiance had made & paid for this reservation 2 months ahead of time. With that said, we did not have the correct room ready for us. We waited 2 hours in the lobby waiting to only get the wrong room & that we would get the correct room the next day. We did get the correct room the next day, however due to the check in issues then having issues with our park express passes, the romantic birthday get away turned into an exhausting time. We would have left 2 days earlier if we could've gotten a refund for leaving early.
Even with the frustration, we did enjoy the water taxi's we used going back & forth to the parks. Those Skippers were entertaining while taking everyone to the parks & back. The pool area is very nice as well. What actually made our stay better were all the hostess in the Club level lounge. Everyone of those ladies were so nice & pleasant to talk to. They were outstanding & need to be recognized for the job well done. Sorry ladies, I don't remember names but I will say all the employees that worked in the club lounge on September 6th through September 10th, 2025 deserve kudos from Lowes for outstanding services for the guests. Thank you ladies for saving what was left for our getaway!!

Most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a hotel, great location so close to the parks, great staff always eager to help! Could not think of a single thing to improve on ❤️

Absolutely love this hotel. The theming is so beautiful and not overwhelming. Three towers, each with their own elevator bank. Great food area in the lobby, a little gift shop and bar. They do have an on-site restaurant with does a buffet breakfast as well as lunch and dinner. Room service options are also good and fun. They even had special Halloween Horror themed items! There is one pool with two hot tubs. Great area for kids to play and attentive lifeguards and servers. As for overall location, you can see the rides from the hotel. You can take the 10 minute boat ride or walk to City Walk, which also leads right to the park entrances. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Rooms are standard rooms you would find in an average stay hotel. The service is great. The option to check luggage before check in or after check out is nice but would really be a reason to come back of a hospitality room was offered to freshen up in. Being directed to the gym to freshen up is not ideal. The unlimited express pass is great and the water taxi team is top notch!

Very basic hotel for the price. I am the type to appreciate good service and nicer hotels. This hotel is not close. While listed as a top tier Universal hotel, it falls short by a lot. Basic wifi at the hotel is hit or miss (more miss). Good was okay but again, does not meet the quality you wouldn't expect at this price point. I cannot recommend this hotel as the entire on property experience was not good at all.
